In less than 24 hours from calling Desmond and the team at Royal Flush Plumbing fixed and repaired issues with broken, leaking pipes underneath my rental property. He also fixed my hot water heater that was leaking small trace amounts of carbon dioxide. Desmond was very responsive and diagnosed the situation quickly and correctly. Very professional attitude and the price was fair. I'm thankful for the strong recommendation to use Royal Flush and appreciate Desmond and Dustin for treating my property like it was their own. ClearWater was able to locate and repair a faulty water joint solder while keeping me informed about the process every step of the way. In fact, they are so good, the local news station showed up to record to service call.

I had concerns about a previous repair, and Tim came out to take a look. He quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repair on the spot. We had the pleasure to work with Cory Reeves today. He was very professional, patient and helpful. Fixed our bathtub and gave us helpful tips. Would highly recommend ClearWater Plumbing.

We started with a sewer line clog, which turned into line replacement to fix all the problems. Our plumber, Ross, was great. He explained to us all the issues, walked us through the project, kept us updated along the way, and performed excellent work.

Devon and Charlies replaced our 26 year old water softener after it died suddenly. They were professional and efficient. They also explained what needed to be done and the cost clearly before work was agreed upon to move forward. The system that Clearwater uses when scheduling their teams is fantastic and made me feel secure of exactly who I was supposed to be meeting and when they would arrive within my home. The work was also completed in a timely fashion, and they even went so far as to stop by a Home Depot to replace a threaded part instead of just calling it good enough (above and beyond care!) They also cleaned up and hauled away any debris that was created. Will definitely use again! - Karen

Devon and Jonathon were incredible. Came on a Saturday and gave us a temporary solution to a bigger issue we need to resolve later. But were professional and we feel fortunate to have found CWP.

After a home inspection the Inspector forgot to flip 2 switches back on. On a brief first inspection by Devon, the switches were missed. After giving me my initial estimate of $800 he came back later and let me know everything was actually working fine when he discovered the 2 switches the Inspector failed to place back in the on position. A $42 trip charge was my fee for the visit. This made my day. I appreciate the honesty and great service. I have used Clearwater Plumbing for the last 8 years and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!!

Javier and Johnny were amazing. Easy to talk to, no nonsense when it came to diagnosis of the issue. They were quick and professional. We will definitely use ClearWater again.

Corey and Isaac came out fixed our emergency shut off valve quick and efficiently. They were also very kind and did not try to upsell us on anything! We will be returning customers thanks to their hard work and great customer service!

JR and Wesley were fantastic. They conducted a very thorough safety inspection and answered all of my questions! I’ve had a few different plumbing companies come out in the last few days to provide estimates on a repair and by far I felt that JR’s attention to detail and explanation of things was above and beyond. Will definitely use this company again in the future!

Gary was a bit late, but I was notified in plenty of time. He was 1 of 4 plumbers that offered options, 2 offered no options just a full house re-plumbing. I was impressed with his efficiency and demeanor.

As always, Clearwater goes above and beyond. There’s good reason I’ve been an otter club member for 5 years. Connor, Payton, and Jason helped today and were very helpful, thorough, and communicative. They even played with my dog when they were waiting for parts!

Devon and his partner did a great job at fixing my line in a timely manner. They were professional and recommend using them.

Clearwater Plumbing is the Greatest!
They came out and did a lot of upgrades for us.
A new tall toilet ( just had hip replacement).
They installed 1/4 turn valves on all of our water supplies. They flushed the tankless hot water heater that was installed by Clearwater about a few years earlier. Now if there is a problem we can turn off the water. Removing the plastic turn off valves that will break the first time they are used. They upgraded all of the supply hoses under our sinks.
They have great employees. We had the honor of having JR and Payton. They showed up on time, dressed for success! Clean uniforms on. They wear shoe covers to protect your home.Very personable, informative and keep you updated on their progress.
It was a pleasure meeting the employees and they represented Clearwater Plumbing in a most positive manor.
