Terry and Nathan with Plumb Shield Plumbing did an amazing job swapping out my water heater today. It broke down a couple months back and I just hadn't gotten the time to get it looked at. They came in, did their assessment, advised me on my options, gave me a price for what I wanted, then removed and installed all in the same day. They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in advising how to navigate an upstairs water heater from here on out. I already inquired about my next project hahaha. Looking forward to working with them again!

Terry came out and gave us a quote on indoor and outdoor plumbing repair. He did the outdoor repair same day and we are very happy with the work and will be using this company again.

Terry was sent out to our rescue the day before Thanksgiving. I found a leak at my main water valve, resulting in NO water throughout the house. I called early morning and Terry arrived within an hour. He was knowledgeable and found the leak right away. Few hours and the job was done. Will definitely use again for any other needs. Terry is the best! Called Friday at 9 am because we had no hot water. Terry was there by 3pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, drained my water heater, and went to go get the parts needed. I had hot water by 5 pm. This is my third time using plumb shield plumbing and they quickly solved my problem each time. As a repeat customer, I got 10% off which I really appreciated! Terry and Nathan came this morning after a quote request the night before. They were the only ones that picked up out of 3 other plumbers I called and didn't charge a ridiculous service fee. They came and did great work.

They replaced a old pump and previous old flimsy tubing which was leaking. Their hard copper work looks good and am satisfied!

Plumb Shield exceeded my expectations entirely! From an emergency call in the middle of the night on a Friday to having the problem completely resolved the next day Saturday morning.

At&t is out installing new fiber lines and they drilled through my sewer pipe. Terry and Nathan located the break with their camera and it was directly in line with the holes at&t dug.

Because they were so quick to get it taken care of, they were working on it the same time At&t's contractors were back on my street.

It was smoother than I could've imagined being taken care of, not just to get my plumbing functioning again, but also have Terry and Nathan help me to explain to the contractor what had happened so they can see it was their fault and reimburse us for the price of the repair and diagnostic.

I will be calling Plumb Shield with any plumbing needs if they happen to come up again!
