We have had an unusual amount of plumbing issues in the last few months so Westside is on speed dial. They have replaced 2 toilet shutoff valves, a thermostat for a hot water heater and another toilet repair. Today I called them out for a leak which turned out to be a sprinkler. Shawn turned our water back on but disabled the sprinkler so we would not have another issue while we were out of town. No charge. I have always been very pleased with the prompt, fair and professional service from Shawn and Matt.

Westside Plumbing has been fantastic! The recent freeze event has caused havoc in the retail plumbing response times in Fort Worth and Dallas. However, I called in on Sunday and they were out and fixed the leak a little after 12 noon on Monday. Super job / no complications. Other companies could not come out for 3-4 weeks. Thank-you!

The owner Matt Paetzold and his phenomenal team turned what I saw as a total nightmare (sewage backup) into a stress free experience. If anyone has ever been through a plumbing emergency, you know the feeling of how vulnerable you feel with so many companies waiting to take advantage of the situation.
Not Westside Plumbing... I immediately knew I was in the best and trusted hands after talking to Matt.

He sent out Shaun and Kenny, who I cannot rave enough about, to assess what happened and get to the cause. Shaun and Kenny were not only super polite, as well as prompt, but extremely knowledgeable and professional... A rarity these days. They took the time to show me exactly where the problem was, without rushing to get in and out, and explained what they would need to do to get it fixed, even allowing a couple of options. Long story short... Plumbing issue is fixed and what a great feeling to know that if I ever need anything again, I have Westside to save the day!

Preston is one of the better plumbers I have dealt with, fine job. Top marks for well done. First plumbers I used caused more trouble than we had.

I specifically requested Westside Plumbing from my my home warranty company. This is the third time they’ve come out to solve a problem for me. Preston is a thorough professional. He handles the problem expertly and efficiently, explains what he is doing, and is courteous. I will try to convince my home warranty company to use Westside Plumbing exclusively in the future.

I have a home warranty and this company was sent through them for a clogged toilet and shower line.
The tech arrived on time. I showed him the problem. He immediately said he had to go through the roof vent and it would cost $350. When I mentioned it was a warranty call, I was told they only cover ground level drains. Not sure why its $350 to climb a ladder on a 1 story house. After resigning myself that it was gonna cost another $350, I agreed and he spent 20 minutes on the roof. He came down and said he needed to get a different snake and he would have to return as he was unsuccessful in clearing the clog.
I asked about going in through the shower drain and was told that would not work.
He left and I was told his office would call back to reschedule. They didn't and after waiting till the next day, a Thursday, I called and I was told they could not come back till Monday.
Not wanting to wait 4 more days I decided to try the shower drain myself. 5 minutes and a $12 snake and problem fixed. I kick myself for not trying first but I learned my lesson.
Not sure why tech did not want to try the route I took. I can only imagine it was the extra $350 that was going to line their pockets.
I will not be using this company again.

This has been the best plumbing company I have ever done business with by far! Westside worked with our leasing company throughout the entire process taking the weight off our shoulders! The technician was very professional and had our best interest in mind. Replaced parts that he didn't feel comfortable with leaving installed for safety reasons. Thank you Preston! If you have ANY plumbing needs, Westside Plumbing should be your first choice!

Matt is very friendly, nice & professional. We have had him come out twice. He helped us diagnose the problem (septic tank issues) this time & two weeks ago he helped fix a toilet problem. Plus my cat & dog love him.

Had a leak in my shower.
Called Monday morning early. Most companies were not even answering the phone.
The receptionist, Sharon I believe. Was very kind and quickly set up same day appointment.
Preston came out and was a good guy. Fixed my issue immediately, and also installed a new P-Trap drain on my master bathroom vanity.
Great job and very efficient.
I will recommend Westside Plumbing to anyone who needs good honest plumbing work.

Just had Matt over to fix a plumbing issue we've had for too long. He just came in and finished in no time. Very grateful for his service. Very personable, professional, and upbeat even with Sharon customer service rep, both were great. Thank you guys!!

David and Cody were great. They were knowledgeable, polite, friendly and they fixed our problem in less than half an hour. Rates were very reasonable and we will definitely be using Westside Plumbing from now on!

The BEST customer service. Terrill was able to resolve an issue that no other plumbing company could figure out. He went above & beyond & prevented a potential catastrophe from happening that went unnoticed by 2 prior plumbing companies.

Update: Matt (the owner) reached out to me and ended up giving me a full refund. We had a good conversation and I appreciated him wanting to make things right. I've updated the rating to reflect this.
Previous post: Be forewarned about their " no service call fee" they showed up, lit pilot light, said if it goes out I need a new water heater, charged my wife $159 and left. I got home, pilot was off and water was cold. I called and got them back out. They lit it again and immediately left. It was out before they got down the street. I called these people to come repair my water heater. They didn't seem too interested in fixing it, but had no issues with charging us $159 to push a button which i had done repeatedly before deciding to call the "professionals" to help us out . Just wanted everyone else to be aware of this so they don't make the same mistake we did.

We had Matt help us with a bath tub drain that cracked and was flooding a bedroom. Matt was great. Got the issue fixed for a great price and was very friendly/helpful. Highly recommend Westside Plumbing and have told all our neighbors and friends about them. The office staff was also very friendly on the phone. Thanks everyone!! Teresa G

Matt is the most knowledgeable and friendly plumber I have ever run into! Wish I would have found the company years ago. Personable, fair pricing, and helps you understand everything he is doing. I am grateful and with my 400 client tax service... they will get the advertising!

Great experience under a home warranty. Professional, polite, honest, upfront and work was completed on time at estimate provided. Wonderful.

Update. Called two months ago for a service visit. No response. Called back after a week and she hee-hawed around that yea yea, you're on the wait list..... Still no one EVER called or came to house -two months later. Obviously don't need my business anymore.

Westside Plumbing was quick in coming out for the service call. We were contacted by phone, text and email advising of the time of arrival. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was completed quickly and he was on his way. I would call them again.
