Apex Supply on Montgomery st has alway come through in a pinch for us. Counter team has solutions when we need them, but I threw Donna Thompson in the showroom a new adventure today. We have a Steamist generator. Apex was not a direct rep, but Delta Faucet is (Apex does Delta) I gave her all the info on the runaround I had encountered from Steamist. Donna jumped right on it, figured it out and got us to a point where parts are ordered and paid for. Shout out to Donna and Apex Supply.

ive been plumbing for so damn long that i hate even talking about it but ill do this one time,only to give credit to the counter sales team for being jam up with a whole lotta patience and most likely dedicated but not me though i hate plumbing but if i was to need some parts i guess ill go here.

I went in thinking this would be the first of several places I'd have to go to find the part I was looking for to fix a urinal. 30 seconds later I'm walking out with exactly what I needed. Amazing place! Attended a Kohler event there a few months ago, just marvelous all the way around. They are always helpful to our plumbers, and they don't treat the CEO like a nobody when I come in trying to get something that I might not be familiar with, to assist the guys working on a project. (Mark's can smell a GC or DIY a mile away, and treat you as such, be advised). Economy, they treat everyone super well, and that is to be commended!
