Christian was very communicative, was punctual, made sure that I understood the problem and his approach to repair. He gave us a price up front and there were no surprises at the end of the project. Couldn't be happier!

Paid $800 for them to clear a stoppage in our sewer line that was supposed to be watranteed. They used a camera to push the blockage along the line but never snaked the line afterwards to ensure it was all clear. 2 days later it was backed up again, but they wanted another $300 to come back out and clear it because we had to unmount the toilet. Disappointed overall in their integrity and pricing. We had a different plumbing company out on Sunday afternoon and they cleared out whole line for $275.

It's my pleasure to recommend Texas Cherry Plumbing for all of your Plumbing needs. I had the misfortune to have a "terrible leak", carpet soaking, in a "terrible place", ceiling, while camouflaged behind a false wall,(result of a 20 year old remodel), at a "terrible time", holiday weekend, ( Memorial Day). With a shot in the dark call to TCP I was surprised to speak to a friendly, cheerful, hoping to help office manager, not a robot answering machine. She put me in contact with the self employed owner, Christian Cathey who listened to my problem and then responded the same day. He made a very difficult repair at what I considered a more than fair price and I was back in business. I was beginning to think that kind of service was a thing of the past. Not true when dealing with Texas Cherry Plumbing and Christian Cathey. I am Calvin Johnson, a very satisfied customer 😀 👍 !!!
