We wanted to thank Spencer and the entire Texas Plumbing Systems team for guiding us through a difficult sewage line repair at our home. We realized that a line needed to be repaired which would require a tunnel under our home to access which seemed like an sizeable job.

We received a few bids from other companies because it was a large job, and those companies were unclear about many of the costs and steps. Texas Plumbing Systems did a thorough analysis of the damage and gave us a clear expectation of the work involved and provided a clear estimate which also involved them including an excavator to help with the dig and backfill.

What gave us confidence was that Spencer and his team were very clear about the steps needed to complete the work and they indicated they had worked many times with the company to do the excavation work and were confident they could both handle the job.

In the end the work was completed ahead of schedule and the costs were as expected because they took the time to assess the work needed as opposed to trying to set unrealistic expectations to just get the business.

To me this was a very difficult job but Texas Plumbing Systems gave us the confidence that they would safely make the repair and prevent any damage to the home which they did.

I would certainly recommend Texas Plumbing Systems for any plumbing work needed because of the trust and professionalism that they demonstrated. Plus it is great to support local businesses within the community.

Good and fast service great group of professionals

Horrible customer service went inside to buy some milwaukee tools and stood around for about 20 mins at the front while waiting to be helped , other customer was told to come up to cashier for help.

Guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also saved my life by finding a gas leak and fixed it. He was observant and noticed a part that may need to be replaced next time I have my tankless water heaters flushed. Bahama’s pricing was very fair as well.

I called Monday morning, the day after Christmas, about a busted pipe in my garage. Nate and Marcus were able to come out the same day and did an amazing job. We have used Bahama Plumbing on 3 separate occasions and for 3 separate things all 3 times they were professional, efficient and punctual!
