Our technician Chris was amazing. Let me start by saying that this is the first of any service where they gave me a time window and the technician showed up early every single time.

I had a leak in my garage and this was the third plumber to come out. I wanted to compare prices and see if they all found the same problem. The first plumber said it would be about $4500+ and that’s just to start and they still didn’t know the exact problem.

The second plumber said the same and wanted me to use his “partner” for a leak test and if I used anyone else’s leak test they couldn’t use the results because it wouldn’t be “trusted”

Chris came out the day after thanksgiving. He diagnosed the problem and told me his price range for what he thinks it is. When he came back to fix it, he found the exact problem on the first try and it cost me a fraction of what the other quoted me. Even his quote he adjusted because it wasn’t as bad as he thought. He was professional and such a great help. Will be using them again for all needs

I called this company needing to have a water filter added to the supply line for a tankless water heater in my home. I spoke with Chris over the phone and he was very courteous and professional which is something that is hard to find these days. His bid was on point and once I gave the go ahead he was at my house within a couple of hours. Chris completed the job shortly thereafter and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. I wanted to add on to my previous review from 10/25. Today is January,9th,2026. My mothers installed heater has been working great, got a call from her while at work. She had splashed some water the sensor while mopping and the alarm went. She said the alarm had stopped the hot water. I called Paloma and in no less than 30 minutes the General manager had a crew member come to my moms house to turn the water back on. They are the best in the business, you can tell they take care of their clients. 10/10!
