Went in store looking for delta faucet repair seal kit employee came from outside the store pass by me didn’t even said anything I went to counter to ask for price off item and then i ask for price of látex gloves the color guy said the cheap price was 19.99 and I asked witch ones we’re those and employee got up from his chair i walk to were they have the gloves waiting for employee to come and tell me which ones were the gloves he never came to help he was to busy talking to the other coworker and I just walked out never going back again this happened on 6/3/ around 3:30 pm

I walked in looked the worker dude square in the eye couldn't even find the nerve to say hello welcome to NWS he just went to the back so I said aloud "I guess they don't know how to speak around here" mind you it's 11am not busy at all the guy comes back I told him what I need he says be with you in a minute! I rarely post comments, but the salesperson named Charles just offered amazing service and deserves a shout of praise. It is so rare to find someone who is so extremely helpful and who follows through to go out of their way to help a customer so much....even if it takes time to research products and return calls with spot on options
