This company is the most professional plumbing company we've ever worked with. The owner goes out of his way to make sure the work is done, and done well. Finding people / companies with this level of integrity is so rare...

But I'm wondering if they are still in business? Google says they are open until 9:00. Phone rolls to voicemail.

Ellis was so pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was able to come out the morning I called for his help. Also a guarantee was offered. Open 24/7 so if I ever need assistance again they are available. Top rating for this company.

We had a clogged drain on a Sunday night. I was referred to Ellis with Vintage Plumbing, he was here within an hour and had us fixed in 10 minutes. An absolute life saver and he's made a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Ellis is great. He was willing to quote me a price for snaking my sewer line before he came out, and he stuck to it 100%. He did the job without trying to upsell me on anything or scare me into more work. He also gave me practical advice I can use. I've got a 90-day warranty and I think I've got a plumber I can call and trust.

Late in the afternoon a neighbor knocked on my door and asked me to come outside. The water meter at the curb was leaking and water ran down the street. He turned off my water and said he had already called a plumber, but since it appeared to be MY water line, did I want to call my own plumber? I didn't.

We had an emergency situation at our house and found Vintage Drain Cleaning & Plumbing. I can't tell you how glad I am that I called and I truly can't say enough good things about Ellis and his professionalism. He was completely accommodating to our schedule (which was crazy since we were 3 days away from having a baby), was on-time or early for his given appointment times both times he came out to our place, and worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. To top it off, there was no mess for me to clean up when he left (and he was doing drywall work - think about that) and he even sent me a follow up text the day after to make sure everything was going well for us. I didn't think customer service of this caliber still existed with businesses today but I'm elated to say Ellis proved me wrong! If what you need done is within his scope of work you're doing yourself a huge disservice if you don't contact him. Ellis, if we have any future needs for our home rest assured you'll be my first, last, and only call!

I've used this company twice since moving to the area and am leaving a long overdue glowing review now needing their services again. The first time they took care of my drain problem and were well priced, so I used them when I was in need again. The second time, I had a follow up issue and encountered the owner. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Ellis and his crew have repaired interior faucets, replaced water lines, repaired exterior water faucets, fixed my sprinkler system, and have come out after hours to repair water leaks. Easily the best plumber we have ever worked with. Aside from just being incredibly nice and respectful, their pricing was beyond reasonable and their communication was top notch. They let us know how far out they were via text message which made planning very easy. They also came out without hesitation late in the evening when other plumbers wouldn’t have bothered or charged crazy “emergency” fees. I cannot speak more highly of the service provided, they certainly have a customer for life!

Not only was Vintage Drain Cleaning & Plumbing more affordable than the other plumbing companies I contacted, they were more thorough in their assessment of my whole home re-plumbing project. Ellis was punctual and came out on time and answered all the questions and worries I had about my existing galvanized pipe in our 1940's home. I had a few plans in mind about what I thought would be best for my re-pipe based on some research I had done and he had great suggestions on what I should and should not do and why. Ellis also pointed out several issues that the other plumbers did not point out, including potential asbestos insulation on my existing piping. What can I say other than exceptional work by this company. After all, it's after Midnight on Sunday evening and Ellis the company representative just left my home after fixing our plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional, confident in his work, and was in and out in less than 25 minutes. I've called plumbers all day and none of them were interested in coming out on a Sunday service call, but this guy was a referral from a neighbor and showed up at 11:45pm at night to help our family with a small plumbing crisis. That to me is top notch and very respectable. I will refer this gentleman to all of my friends, neighbors, and clients abroad. Trust me , you won't be disappointed. Wonderful job, Ellis!! Vintage Drain Cleaning and Plumbing hit it out of the park! Our water heater tank cracked and needed to be replaced. Ellis High was very professional and courteous and the price was more than fair (we got 6 quotes). He took the time to answer all of our questions and was extremely helpful. I have used other plumbers and drain cleaning companies before and none of them come close to Vintage Drain Cleaning & Plumbing. They were extremely affordable, friendly, and timely. Ellis understood exactly what was needed and did a great job of fixing the problem. He made sure we knew what he was doing and had no problem with me watching. He even got along great with my dogs. Absolutely wonderful to work with Mr Ellis. He came out and took at look at my front yard and digged around. He told me right away what the issue was and even helped me save money.
