Not very helpful at all. Might help you if they originally drilled your well except that no actual person would know who drilled their builder’s well 10 yrs ago. Go elsewhere.

Called for assistance, the lady was rude and hung up on me when I was asking questions regarding well services. I do not recommend this kind of business.

Big shout out to Watts Drilling and Tyler. My mother-in-law was having water problems in her home. Tyler came out the next day and assessed the issue. Turned out the problem was not well-related, but Tyler helped pinpoint it to her water treatment system and actually called them out to make the repair. That is above and beyond service. Thank you!

Not only were they extremely professional, nice, and honest when they installed our Well three years ago, they couldn't have been kinder and more willing to help when I called them when our power went out and the pump didn't come restart once the power was back on. It wasn't their problem because there wasn't anything wrong with pump, but they still went above and beyond to help me. I would feel very good about recommending them to anyone.

We've been using Watts for 20 years! They've drilled two wells for us on two different properties. They are honest, affordable, and provide quick service. When the pressure tank on our 20 year old well started leaking, they were out within minutes & got it fixed immediately. 5 STAR SERVICE!

Watts Drilling is an outstanding service provider with top notch professionalism, customer service and experienced technicians.

When I lost my water they came out the same day and started trouble-shooting. They found a short in my wire to the pump. They then hooked up a new wire to my existing pump to check the viability of it. It was 22 years old and had failed also.

They were very thorough from A-Z in replacing the pump, checking the viability of the pipe, installing/replacing plumbing and electrical components that needed to be replaced and bringing the system back online.

This company put in our well over 55 years ago, and continues to offer us great service to this day. We receive great communication and are never pressured to buy something we can't afford or don't need. Honestly the whole system has taking care of itself and we only require service when it's time for a part to wear out. I trust this company. Their pricing is competitive and service techs are knowledgeable and professional.

Toby is a salt-of-the-earth guy. I have really enjoyed getting to speak with, and learn from, him. I have not had the pleasure of working with Watts Drilling yet (since I don't own a property in the area just yet), but I have full faith they'd do a great job.
