So I went in because I was looking for parts to a faucet and was rudely told I would not be helped or able to buy anything from this store because I don't have my own business. My father in law and husband came to this place for these same exact seals and I totally get dismissed and rejected to be helped as soon as I walk in. I was told this past Monday they went to where they only sell wholesale to companies.

Marks Part’s had exactly what I needed to repair my leaking faucet cutting down the cost from replacing it drastically. The sales clerk was kind, courteous, and patient helping me find exactly what I needed for an abnormal faucet.

I have been a customer of Mark's Plumbing Supply for years. You are not going to find a more knowledgeable and helpful team of professionals in the business. They will truly do their best to help you get the parts you need.

Very knowledgeable and helpful desk staff. Have helped me identify these old obscure no branded builder bath faucets. They also took a couple of minutes to explain how to take them apart and other tips and tricks. They must be pretty good as I saw Benjamin and Horizon plumber vans parked outside getting parts as well.

Outstanding service. I'm just a do it yourselfer who found this place by doing a Google maps search. The big box retail associates kept telling me: "you have to buy a whole new set." But I knew I just needed the right parts. I figured what the heck, so armed with pics of my bathtub faucet, I dropped by Mark's warehouse.

Julio helped me. He was great! We came up with a game plan. The next day I showed up with my single lever faucet, field dressed. Julio pulled the parts, took them all out to make sure they fit, and took the time to show me how it all worked.

Miguel saves the day again. I don't care if I have to wait 2 hours if he is at that desk that's where I'm going. Each time I do he catches parts I forgot and saves me tons of time because I would have had to drive back. He knows the product and if they don't have what you are looking for on hand he will bust out multiple different options that will work so you are not delayed. Always impressed with that young man.

To replace small part $30 worth of bathtub water faucets charged $400 dollars, initially they told service charge $89, and 5 star technician. He don’t have replacement part in his vehicle. He cheated as he need go and buy this part in Home Depot. Avoid this company at any cost.

On Point is the only we use for our home. The plumber, Zach, did a marvelous job repairing our plumbing issue at a reasonable price. We will definitely call on Zach and On Point for any of our plumbing need!
