OMG What an incredible experience I had speaking to the most wonderful, honest, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable man by the name of CHARLES at Morrison Supply. I was in search of a new water heater and received all the information I needed to make my decision/choice. This man went above and beyond the call of duty to educate me and make me feel comfortable in the decision I needed to make. He also e-mailed me additional data on the product. I would recommend this company just for the service you will receive from Charles. Thank you for your assistance, Charles. You made my day! I will have my plumber pick up my new water heater in the next day or so. Fabulous!

The main line off my moms well broke due to the freeze. I had a lot of what we needed, but wasn’t sure how to get it to fit. My sister was at Morrison and I was able to FaceTime with an employee Joe. He told us what we needed (Expansion Repair Coupling) and made sure the new how to use it! Excellent service! The water is back on! Thank you Joe and Morrison Supply!
