My daughter flushed something down the toilet and Jose and another guy were able to come and get it out! Thankfully I didn’t have to buy a new toilet! Definitely recommend this company and will be using them from here on out! Thanks again!!

Had pipes burst from the 2021 winter storm. Called Sue at United and had a plumber out the next day! Very prompt and professional, did an awesome job getting out water issues fixed! Highly recommended.

Call me in an hour and let me know.. I got a call in an hour and I was told they could come the next day at 11. Sure enough our plumber Chris showed up at 11. He fixed the pipe efficiently and the cost was not as much as we thought it would be. We will definitely use them again.

My daughter noticed there was water on the foundation and told me to call United Plumbing because she had used them in the past. The office manager was very responsive and got someone out right away. Kris came out and explained everything he found and what he was doing. He was quick and had the leak found and fixed in no time flat. I will be using this company the next time I have any plumbing issues.

Great service from United Plumbing. They installed our new water heater which was a real pain to get upstairs and into our attic. Very professional and thorough. And during the big freeze, there was a burst pipe which we fortunately isolated before there was any damage to the house. United Plumbing put us on their priority list and came over and replaced it in quick time. Highly recommend them.

Carlos and the team at United Plumbing saved the day after this terrible freeze. Our pipes work but the tankless hot water heater was leaking and he a) diagnosed that it was just one part and b) gave us options on pricing for the part and time. Highly Recommend. I used United Plumbing Solutions for a gas leak. I had only been a homeowner for a month and was freaking out. It was a Friday morning and they did all they could to get someone to me same day and before after hours. The issue was too much for a same day fix, so they scheduled to come back Monday afternoon. To my surprise they were able to come out Monday morning and had everything fixed and ready for city inspection that afternoon. Dispatch and the technician were so friendly and helpful it made this really stressful time so much easier to deal with. Thank you!

Whenever you use a service company we all consider normal things like cost, timeliness, quality of work and experience. 1# United is very reasonable in cost: I received 3 quotes for a water heater repair and United was lower by 20-40%. 2# Not only were they on time, they fit us in the schedule to accommodate 3 days earlier knowing my wife was expecting a child 3# All the work was done using good materials and neat installation. They also suggested different alternatives for long and short term fixes. 3# Office staff was very friendly and efficient. All service staff were extremely informative, communicative and professional.

I would add a fifth important dimension of service work, accountability. They performed a repair that did not solve the problem initially and after trouble shooting further they made another repair that fixed the issue. Then the owner called me personally, and not only offered the complete refund of the previous repair, they did the whole repair at no cost for my inconvenience!! Then, they offered to add a part to my water heater to make it last longer ....FOR FREE!!

You will rarely find this level of customer service and accountability in a service company. I can honestly say this is the most dependable and reputable plumbing company I have ever worked with.

Took 3 days to call me back. Monday morning they finally called me back and said they would be out that afternoon. 5pm on Monday, I called them because I hadn’t heard from them. They had no idea who I was or what I was calling about. No record of me on file. Very unprofessional.

Kerry Lewis handles the warranty repairs for Navien tankless water heaters in my area. They came out and took care of our issue (that another company couldn't figure out) quickly and professionally. Super nice guy, couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I have a Navien water heater that wasn't completely installed correctly by a different plumber. I had a few plumbers come out but none could fix my issue. I had Kerry Lewis Plumbing come out and they were able to fix the issue. They were able to get the recirc feature to work correctly and installed a catch basin (which should have been installed by the original installer). I thought I had finally found a good plumber. Well, last year we noticed a leak coming from our ceiling. I had them come out but they couldn't find a leak. That cost me $270 just to have them come out. Well, the leak is back. This time I was able to figure out it's coming from the drain hole in the catch basin that Kerry Lewis Plumbing installed. I spoke with Martin (I believe that's his name) several times to try to get on their schedule. And each time, I've been told he doesn't have the schedule yet for the next day or he has guys out, and he would call me back (which he never did). Instead of just telling me he doesn't want the job or doesn't have the time for me....he's been stringing me along. No more. I found someone else, and they are already headed to my house. Kerry Lewis lost a good customer. I was very patient with them, but after a week of getting the runaround...I couldn't wait any longer.

Shout out to Kerry Lewis Plumbing! Those guys have handled an upstairs toilet leaking into the downstairs walls, a sewage ejector pump that failed, and now our water heater. They've done these nasty jobs with a smile, they do quality work, plus carefully protect our flooring/carpet and leave their worksite spotless. They even checked our boathouse for raccoons while the heater tank was draining today! Can't recommend them highly enough!!
