I sent list of parts, sketch, catalog numbers and most of the work was done. 12 days later after a reminder phone call I recieved incomplete estimate. No idea when parts would arrive.

Morrison Supply of Weatherford gave me a complete estimate and time of parts arriving.

I have used Ferguson in Seattle area for years and never recieved such poor service.

Smaller plumbing supply may be your choice as is mine?

$2500 and my return business was handed to a competitor.

I come here every other day to pick up 500+$ In gas fitting and pipe because Compared to Morison’s in Fort Worth who shorts me fittings Dosent say anything and still charges me for it and take up 45 minutes of my day doing it! Ferg’s Go the extra mile as to double there fitting to personally make sure I always have what I need for my job every day. And Dwane has me out of there at the snap of a finger! Thanks y’all

I was recommended Ferguson Plumbing by an associate at the Home Depot to order a replacement part. They didn't have the part in stock, but they were able to order the replacement for me. The salesperson at the counter told me it would be in within two days since it would immediately be shipped from their distribution in Waco.

We didn't receive a call that it was in, but my wife went ahead and went there to pick up the part since its nearby. She was told that it wouldn't be in until Monday. I try to call them with the number on the invoice and it is not the local store, but a call service which never answered the phone after waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes so I give up. Monday I go the store to pick up the part and I was told it wasn't in. They have signs posted around the counter that has that store's phone number. I ask the salesperson behind the counter if this is a direct line to call them and he then lied and said that it was not and to call the number on the invoice because they don't have time to answer phones.

On that same visit while I was waiting in line a postal worker came in to pick up something for a delivery. Apparently he wasn't doing something by protocol and the sales person left the counter with a customer waiting and confronted the postal worker at his truck. When he returned inside he was using profanity and regarding him as an "idiot."

I never received a call about my part and didn't bother trying to call either number, but instead went to the store to pick it up four days after the last visit. The part was in and luckily it was what I had ordered.

The customer service is poor at this location from every visit I've had to get this one part. The salespeople are knowledgeable of plumbing, but there was definitely no customer care. If you're a contractor this may not be a concern, however as a homeowner that was just trying to fix a sink I was not pleased. Next time I'll choose another company.

Wouldn't hire these plumbers based on the unprofessional way they drive their company truck. The guy cuts me off with no blinker in the pouring rain, I slammed on my brakes to avoid an accident with him, then watched as he did it to another car. He then proceeded to run a red light. If you're going to drive like an idiot, don't do it in your company truck!

We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

Used them a few times already for buisness as well as my home. Very knowledgeable and done the job quick and efficiently each time! Great place to use !!

I have used Witt Plumbing for a very long time as they are one of the few companies who will work on mobile homes. I have never had a problem until today. I purchased a new dishwasher to replace the one I have had for seventeen years. My neighbor was going to install it but ran into a problem. As I purchased it from Lowes, I know they quoted me $125 to install it. I thought well let me call Witt to see just what they would charge me. I was told $300. I could not believe they would charge me that much to hook up two hoses and push the item into the space. I think that is outrageous! It is almost as much as the dishwasher cost me in the first place. Needless to say, I have made arrangements with Lowes to come out and install it.

I was having difficult car issues at a job site in Downtown Fort Worth, and Kenneth and Rose stopped to help me. It was so nice that they went above and beyond to assist me; something that is very uncommon these days. I can promise you, kindness like that is phenomenal and if I am ever in need of any plumbing assistance, they will be the first call I make! Kuddos for having great ethics and an amazing professional team!

Michael Witt quoted me a price for a gas pressure test. His quote was 25% less than all of the other quotes I had received. He told me he would take care of us and he delivered! His team was knowledgeable in all aspects of the tasks that were set before them. Even the office had fabulous customer service. I can honestly say that this company takes service to new heights. Thank you Witt Plumbing for a job well done!

Witt Plumbing Co. Is very dependable and professional. They fixed our clogged toilet and sink. We will be using them again. Oh and the prices were very reasonable!!!

Called and told me that I will receive phone call to come out the following day. Did not receive a call, I finally called after waiting, was then told would not be that day either. Too many plumbing companies available. No thank you!
