Our washing machine was leaking, so we needed someone to come check it out. We have a really tiny, cramped laundry room, and it is extremely difficult to access the back of our washer. Our technicians were SO kind and gracious about the tiny workspace and spent extra time educating us and letting me know ways to gain easier access to compartments on the washer for future issues. So thankful for the advice and quality work!!

Avery and his colleague (pardon me for forgetting the name) came to my house and in less than an hour, they diagnosed a serious problem I was dealing with. Why they deserve this rating: two consecutive days prior to them coming, I had a different company which is highly rated to come and do the same job but guess what, in all the two days, they only created holes in the walls and under the bath tub to no avail. What makes it interesting is that, Avery and his colleague without going to any other room figured it out that the problem was most likely from the laundry room and they were right. This company will now be my number 1 go to

Our technician, Caleb Chapman, was outstanding! He was prompt within the time frame we were given for him to come to our house. He came in, assessed the situation, which he was familiar with how to handle it, fixed the water heater gas valve in about 10 or less minutes, gave us some info that should be helpful for us in terms of cost in the future, and the price was decent compared to what we researched and mentally prepared for.

My daughter's toilet and washing machine was backing up into the shower and several plumbers had come out to look, but couldn't even find the clean out access. My son-in-law had just had hand surgery, so he was not able to fix it. I drove down from Tennessee to help fix the problem. However, before I even arrived, Robert, Samuel, and Matthew had found the clean out and dug up the yard and found a break in the line.
So, I enjoyed my visit with my grandbabies without having to work on the plumbing and the kids got their house fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

All companies know what there basic prices are and are subject to change according to the circumstances which is understandable. But some choose not to. I own my own business, and honesty and being upfront goes a long way.
This company will tell you one thing over the phone and the tech will tell you over double the amount they tell you over the phone..WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT ANYTHING FIRST. I showed him to the door. Then this company texts you to ask questions and you respond, thinking you're telling someone how you feel about your experience just to find out that your talking to ai . molberg plumbing is disappointing all the way around. Apparently they don't take customer service serious....

I have never had a better experience with home contractors - let alone plumbing experts! Avery & his aide, Samuel, were the absolute best (kind, diligent, punctual, and explained everything to me in a way i could understand) and I hope to have them help me again if I ever need assistance with my pipes/plumbing in the future! 10/10 would recommend! From booking to the respectful technicians that came to my home I am so grateful for Molberg plumbing. The team was very accommodating with my hectic work schedule. The technicians that came to my home gave me an honest estimate before getting started the job was completed same day!

Called them after hours to schedule a suspected wall or slab leak detection. I was emphatically & repeatedly told on the phone that it would be free. Technician came and said it would be $450 to actually do any detection. Spoke with company reps over phone and they explained that the "dispatch" & estimate are free but the actual detection is not. I feel like this is a "bait & switch." When they listened to the voice recording of the scheduling phone call, they agreed that it could be misleading and didn't charge us (after trying to lower the price to $300 and then $200). Mgr followed up, was extremely nice and apologetic and then advised that we should probably switch out our entire home to PEX. Their bid to do the reroute (which is the solution another company ended up performing) was $3650; the company who did the actual reroute repair charged us $1950 and did an excellent job with quality materials. The owner left me a voicemail after this review, stating that perhaps I had them confused with a different company but that is not the case. Molberg and the company who actually did the work are the only two companies I had out to our home. While I spoke to several, I chose Molberg to come because they said it would be free. Many other companies tell you upfront on the phone that the diagnostics will cost $350. He himself listened to the phone call I had with their after hour services; as a customer, when I hear free - I presume the diagnostics are free and not just the visit (dispatch). Having been without water for 24 hours, I was not looking for a visitor - I was calling to get a leak detected. The owner was extremely professional and concerned about how they could improve which I appreciate.

Great service! Robert was our service provide and we appreciate his work. He’s professional, thorough, and explained what he was doing at each step of the process. His can do attitude put us all at ease, he fixed the problem and set us up to prevent it from happening again!

Caleb was prompt and did a good job.
I gave 4 and not 5 stars because I called them back because the water level was not rising as high as it should.
They came back right away & pretty well resolved the issue.
I could probably use a complete rebuild.
The price was right.

I have a 35 year-old house and had a severe leak from my shower head. Molberg sent Rogelio out, arriving at his appointed time. He gave an estimate for two possibilities. One if only the cylinder needed replacing and a higher one if it was the valve. It was the cylinder as he figured, but a tough job due to the age and my well water had really calcified every piece so that they were really hard to pry off. It was like wrestling an alligator but he just kept working with it until he got it! Rogelio was determined, knowledgeable and courteous, so I am quite pleased with the experience. No more leak! One of the best parts is that even though it took extra time and effort he stood by his original estimate. As you read the reviews here you should take note of the year given. The old ones 3 years ago they were having issues with the techs but now (2025) they are all straightened out and super highly rated.
I can and do recommend Molberg Plumbing.

My management company sent them out to see what was going on with water coming up through my shower drain. I felt awful because it was a septic needing to be drained issue, and I am out in Granbury. My management company took forever to fully approve the work being done and cost approval from the start, and the technician was here for about two hours waiting for approval. He was so kind and professional throughout the process. While I can't speak to the overall quality of their work in this particular case (as nothing additional was needed), the interaction I had was such a positive experience. I really appreciate the promptness and courteous service I received during a stressful situation.

Robert Lopez and his apprentice were very polite and professional. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing. He and his apprentice were very fast at installing my garbage disposal, and even cleaned the drain pipe to make sure it drained smoothly . You can’t ask for better service than that. Thank you guys, for such a great job done!

Called 5 places & got 4 estimates to have a pressure relief valve and water heater expansion tank installed. Molberg was significantly less expensive but the service from scheduling to the work done was top notch.

Jonathan and Seamus were awesome - polite & knew their stuff. Made sure I knew the all the options. They did a great job!! Would definitively be glad to have Jonathan and Seamus again if the need arises.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I called with an emergency at around 5:00pm. My bath and shower and toilets were all backing up and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and very reassuring. Then Avery our plumbing technician arrived within about 45 mins. He was friendly, polite, courteous, and professional. He was able to fix the problem very quickly, and explain to me what he was doing. He was very honest about the service he provided, and what he had NOT needed to do and therefore not charge for. My husband was out of town and I would not have known the difference. We were fixed by 6:00pm!! Cannot speak highly enough of Avery and the company. Thank you!!!

Amazing company. Jordan will take care of you, and what you are quoted is largely what you’ll pay. I had a collapsed sewer pipe, and Jordan and his team were empathetic and got the job done quickly. They do great, solid work, and I will absolutely use them again!

Caleb did an outstanding job of removing our old hot water heaters and installing a new 50 gallon tank hot water heater! He systemically completed the job, which speaks highly of his experience and knowledge. I look forward to working with Molberg Plumbing the next time there’s a need, highly recommended.

Our water heater gave otu while we were away on vacation, and we came home to wet floors and cold showers. Fortunately, I was able to reach Bethany with Molberg Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday evening we were back to hot showers. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. We will defintely be using Molberg again for our plumbing needs. Thank you Molberg!
