It would be no star, if it was an option. The owner is absolutely unprofessional. I had an appointment on 3/4/17 at 11am for an estimate for a roof replacement due to damage from the tornado. I cancelled my other appointment to be available to meet him. It was raining most of the morning prior to the appointment, but I did not hear from him; so I assumed the appointment is still valid. After 11:30am, no one has shown up. So I called him. He asked me if I could not see if it was raining. I told him that I am aware, but a phone call to reschedule would have been nice. He made an excuse that he was about to call, but it was great that I called. He proceeded to ask for square footage of the roof so he can give me an estimate without having to get on the roof. This would have been nice to have know previously. Due to his tone, I politely decline his future service. He proceeded to yell at me. "Why are you such a wierdo, asking me to get on the roof in the rain. I don't need to work with people like you, weirdo!" Then he hung up. To clarify, I am aware of the safety issue and would never ask any one to get on the roof or even take out the trash in the rain! My property has just been damaged by the tornado. The company may be good at roof work, but it is the character, integrity and professionalism of a company which I declined. A simple courtesy call prior to the appointment would have saved us both. In the time where so many of us are dealing with so much loss, the last thing we need is unprofessionalism from a company we are willing to pay our hard earn money to take care of us. With new technology, phones now have recording devices to help keep us honest. I just want to take a stand and let you know, "It is not ok to speak to your customer the way you did. You won't earn business that way. It may be just one now, but how many are you willing to lose?

A professional from start to finish! I had some ridge tiles that needed repointing. I sent an email to them and within an hour they got back to me to come view and price the job, pricing was fair and the job was booked in. What I truly appreciated from this company was their communication and workmanship skills. I'll definitely be telling friends, family, and colleagues about them. Thanks!

Your team came out to fix the loose screws on our metal roof, and from everything I’ve heard, they did a solid and professional job. The crew, including John, was polite and worked efficiently in the Texas heat. After the repair, we noticed some water coming in around the chimney flashing, which meant we had to get another contractor out to check on that. We understand that with a roof that’s a few years old, these things can happen, especially after work is done on a metal roof. We don’t believe your crew caused the problem, and we appreciate Nolan’s honest explanation that the leak was not expected or related to the screw replacement. Overall, we’re happy with the way your team handled the repairs and communicated with us. From the first phone call to request an estimate on reroofing our church. The Ladies in the office were helpful. Veto was thorough and gave me the 3 - 6 different estimates/ options that I needed to take to the board that worked within our budget and made their decision so much easier. Once the decision was made we were able to schedule them to begin quickly. Sergio and his crew were excellent, cleaning up at the end of the day you could not tell they were in the middle of deconstructing the old roof or I. The middle of reroof. Sergio was always available to solution any questions or concerns. If you need a new roof I awfully endorse calling Vito and Sergio . 5 stars guys
