I am so happy with the excellent work done by Joshua. I feel like I just moved into a new house! He meticulously cleaned the algae and mold on the exterior bricks, the patio, the stones in the garden, the windows, and the gutters and spouts, and the many mud dabber and wasp nests.

I wish I had better before and after photos to do the work justice-the stones in front of the fountain were green with algae, as were the windows. What a difference!

I knew my stucco was a little dull, but I didn’t realize just how dull and dirty it was until after the service. Even a neighbor commented on how nice the house looks. There was mold and mildew around my windows. I wasn’t sure if it could be removed. Josh was able to clean it all. I’m really happy with the results. Josh paid attention to details and addressed my concerns after walking down the property. The price was more than fair and customer service was excellent. Josh, the owner of JB Power Wash Service did a phenomenal job on my home! He is professional, very detailed, and stand by his work. I was extremely pleased with his work, communication regarding my home needs down to the products being used just his overall work ethic. To my surprise, there were several neighbors that stopped to ask him about his service, quotes, etc for their home, driveway, etc. as well. This is our 2nd time using Josh and his services. He did such an awesome job last time, we had to lock him in as a regular contact and share his info with the neighbors. Not only did he clean the entire building and the walkway up to the front door and the driveway, he did it all for a very reasonable price and did a phenomenal job. I’m extremely disappointed with the service from A&A Grease Trap Cleaning. After they cleaned my restaurant’s grease trap, my drain line became clogged. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for days, leaving multiple voicemails, but there’s been no response. When I finally managed to speak to someone last week, they initially accused me of lying about my attempts to reach them. Only when I offered to provide proof from my phone records did they back down and offer a discounted rate of $150 to fix the issue. They promised to send someone to clean the lines last Wednesday, but it’s now been six days, and I still can’t get ahold of them. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Avoid these unreliable rip-offs at all costs.

Charged $300 & did nothing. Supposedly used a jet and the 4 hours after they left every toilet in the house was clogged. After calling back to inform them with video they said for 3 days they would come back and stopped answering the phone. Beware of scammers and low quality work.
