This company is a fraud and a scam. On August 28, 2025. I had a musty guy name Zui Leibovic come to service my dryer. He has very bad hygiene. I was told that he would have to clean my vents in my attic to my dryer. Mind you I have a brand new home. I was told it would cost $300 which I paid. He told me that it would take some time. After about 3 min he stated he was done. suspicious because he said it would take some time. When I went into my wash room. My dryer vent was taking apart. I called the company because Zui stated I had a 1yr warranty. I asked to have someone else come out. They had the same person Zui call me I recognize his voice. He got very confrontational and stated that I was lying and said that he wasn’t gonna do anything. When I called the company back he was in the back yelling. The person who answered kept hanging up on me. I called 6 times I was very professional with them I only wanted what I paid for, but they choose to rip me off. They were trying to charge me again. When the first time it was not completed.

The house cleaners were on time and asked what I wanted done in the house. They were very professional and friendly. The house looked clean and smelled fresh. Window shades and fans were dusted . kitchen and cabinets were left looking shiny. Everything was cleaned accepttionally well in a timely manner.. I would definitely use Amour again.

Fino and his team came out and totally cleared out or front flower bed and did a complete overhaul/install. They also added two flower beds along the side of the house so that we could install some privacy shrubs. From start to finish, Fino, Aida and their team made the much needed home improvement project a huge success. We loved their work so much that they are now our regular lawn maintenance team! Great work and great customer service!

I live on Cleveland East side Collinwood area I was told my Central Air system Was Done and couldn’t be repaired even though I had several other places look at it and tell me the same I had a appointment with BNK who came to my neighborhood even though many HVAC companies wouldn’t the Vadim Lozitsky came to my house and told me what was wrong and fixed it with in 20 minutes since he came on 6/20/22 me and my family have been very appreciative of him and this wonderful company he treated me fair and was upfront with the cost and explained what the problem was I’m very thankful and will always speak highly of this company!!!!!!

The two guys that came out were phenomenal! Sorry I did not catch their names🤦 They got right to work replacing our old furnace with a beautiful new one. They got it done and running in just a few hours! Our dogs gave them lots of kisses for getting our family warm before the cold weather. Thanks again guys!

this company is AMAZING. my brother was using them at a condo we had. when we sold it I called BNK to do an annual furnace inspection. ended up needing a new furnace, which they installed. totally upfront on costs, so honest about needed repairs and some of the most dedicated and professional workers I've encountered in decades. they are now my go to for my home heat & cool needs as well as my mom and all my friends I'm recommending them to. you can't go wrong! thanks BNK!

The repair was done properly, and my water heater is working great now. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took a little longer than expected to get an appointment.
