Very good at communicating.
There was rain coming on day 2, so they manned up and did the whole sprinkler system in one day.
They rushed a little and left some yard areas in need of repair. They also broke (then buried) a landscape light.
I haven’t used the system yet, but am confident that it will be fine.

We had a drainage problem between our house and the neighbor's house. Both of our backyards would have standing water after any significant rain. After the Ground Guys installed 2 drains, no more standing water after 2+ days of rain. Very happy with the experience and knowledge of Chad generating a plan to solve our issue and the crew executing the installation of the drains. I highly recommend the Ground Guys.

The Grounds Guys were hired to map and move our HOA irrigation station out of a Right of Way (ROW) acquired by TxDOT. They did a thorough job and professional job: explained the system and how reconfiguration would occur, completed and tested the system all in one day. Very pleased with the finished work.

They cleaned up everything and explained some of the questions that I had in simple terms the Ground Guys have become my guys to go to when it comes to the maintenance of my yard.

Super fast and efficient. My lawn was dying and I had multiple dirt patches. The Ground Guys came out gave me a quote and went to work. Now my lawn looks great. I contacted multiple companies and they were the only ones to respond. I will be sure to recommend them to my friends and coworkers that have lawn issues.

These guys did two projects on my backyard in the last two months. The first was a flagstone "patio" around my wood deck - they knocked it out of the park! My wife says it's the best thing we've done in the yard in years. The second was cutting out a bunch of diseased sod on one half of the backyard, adding dirt, new sod, and adding the same flagstones as stepping stones from the patio around to the shed. The sod has taken hold and looks great. We had a minor snafu with the stepping stones, but once I pinged the company, they sent someone out two days later to get everything right. Super happy with the work, the results, and the customer service! They have my business from here on out, no doubt.

The Grounds Guy’s were actually recommended by an irrigation company that could not meet our time schedule. We contacted the Grounds Guy’s, they responded promptly (and came on time!), diagnosed the problem (a concrete leveling company had drilled through an irrigation pipe), made the repair and replaced all dirt and grass neatly. The serviceman was professional and courteous and service few was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Had them install about 40 linear feet of root barrier to prevent tree roots from growing under the front of my home. The crew that came to my home was timely and did great work. They placed all the soil back into the area they worked on and took the leftover soil with them, which I greatly appreciate. They were recommended by my neighbor who had them redo all of their landscaping on the front of their home, and that looks great. I will definitely have them comeback and do landscaping in front of our home at a later date. I highly recommend them for all landscaping work.

I met with three companies for our most recent landscaping project. Jessa with The Grounds Guys was friendly, knowledgeable and listened & understood my vision for our front yard. She provided helpful suggestions and recommendations that made it come together beautifully. The landscape crew was professional and did a good job installing the plants. We ended up using The Grounds Guys for some irrigation system repairs as well. Overall a great experience.

Chad came out to give us an estimate for installation of a sprinkler system. He was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He also tesponded to my many texts quickly and patiently answered all of my questions... even on Saturday when he was off the clock.

The Grounds Guys League City did an awesome job evaluating the repair and enhancement needs of my sprinkler system! Caleb, Hope, and Sam did an amazing job very efficiently getting me taken care of and getting me to a point where I don’t have to mess with it. We decided to go with the controllers that monitor the weather and adjust the watering schedule accordingly. Very excited and happy with these people!
