THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! They operate under numerous different names, none of which are legitimate or reputable. If you try to look up any of the various addresses listed, you’ll find there is no storefront. They charged me an astronomical amount for a service that should cost only one-fifth of the price. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE!

I saw the reviews and wanted to give this business a try. This company wanted to charge me $479 to clean out my dryer vent. I told him the price on the website was misleading and it said $79-$100 dollars. The job took less than 15 mins . They used a shop vac to blow out the dust and just left the dust on the roof. The technician left my laundry room full of dust instead of using the job vac to clean the dust up. Worst part he used one of my towels for something and just left it sitting on the dryer. I really dislike giving horrible reviews but when you hire a company that has good reviews and you get the opposite it is truly disappointing. I felt like the technician was trying to price gouge me because my spouse was not available to be present for the job. He didn’t even go and look before he was trying to quote me from $99 to $479. The worst experience ever. Careful ladies. It was only that I was cancellingthe job that he came down on the price. He wanted $375 with second offer. I held my ground and said NO. Than he quoted me $200 I still said no! I said the most I would pay for a 15 mins job to suck out the dust would be $175. That was still a big difference from the quote online. I will never use this company again for future. Very disappointed!
