Preferred techs are great. I had Tyler come out to look at my AC for leak. Tyler's professionalism and honesty was awesome. Instead of just telling me what he saw, he should me pictures to help me understand what was happening. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Thank you Tyler.

Tyler is a very professional. He came to my house to check the clogged AC drain. He explained the situation to me and what he was going to do. He also made a few recommendations about some old pipes other important stuff. He was very respectful, did the job quick and was on his way. Service was great

It was time for me to replace a HVAC system. I was intrested in Dikin Fit. Daikin is very selective on who installs these HVAC and there is only a handfull of installers to choose from. I Got a quote from a Big name in the area. But I decided to get a second quote. Preferred not only beat the price they talked really good of the Big Name. When I told the Big name that I was going with Preferred they tried to match the price(not beat) and talked down on Preferred. To me that sealed the deal. If your work is good you let your work do the talking. Big name also had no wiggle room to work with me on some challenges I faced. Preferred was more personal the owner Anthony called me personally even gave me his personal phone number to reach him anytime, and even stopped by my home to see the work. He was able to work with me on my challenges I faced so I can get what I wanted. The install crew was amazing, fast and cleaned and left it looking like a new build in my attic. The crew leader even had a conversation with my while he was working just to answer all my questions Installed 2 4ton Dikin Fit quiet efficent and the future of HVAC. Lee Perez at Preferred was excellent and went well out of his way (including contacting us multiple times after typical hours) to ensure our HVAC system was up and running properly. Lee went over and above to help in all respects. The Preferred team all did a very good job for us.

Our Home Warranty Company sent out Preferred Home Services to service our air condition recently due to non - cooling issues. The HVAC Tech Lee was very professional, organized, well spoken and took the time to explain the issue. He had our unit up and running in no time.

The office manager, Brittany, was flat out rude. Not a company I would ever do business with nor give my money to on principle alone. She thinks she can yell and bully her way through a conversation because what she said to me did not align with the invoice sent over. If I can't ask you a question about the work being invoiced, then I don't need to do business with you. You're not doing me a favor here.

Tyler and his crew were very good! what I love about Tyler is he wasn't a high pressure sale. They explained everything to me in very great detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to answer any and all questions that I had. Kudos to you preferred home services and your team members. Tyler just came to identify and correct an issue I was having with my AC unit. Such a great experience overall - not only did he have a great attitude, he was incredibly knowledgable and identified the issue immediately. Then he invited me to have a look and he taught me what he was doing so I could take care of the issue myself in the future. 5/5 stars and will be calling Tyler from now on with my AC unit needs.

My AC system is repairable. However, I’m saving my coins because I know I’m on my way to needing a new one. When that time comes, I will be purchasing from Preferred in response to such a humble contractor.

Matt Bankston from Preferred came and helped when my roof leaked. Did great work. Later replaced my roof and gutters. Matt was great to work with, got a fair price and was very quick to get the job done. I would go to Matt with any of my roof problems and will in the future!

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about this company. Nick, my technician, was thorough and helped me every step of the way. From the quote to getting approved for 2nd chance credit/finance. Nick made sure that I was completely taken care of. I called them out for a quote and they came the same day. Monday, today, I have my new inside and outside unit. They replaced the condenser, compressor, thermostat and I am sure other parts, I don't know the names for. I am more than pleased to say the least, at the service and work provided.
They arrived bright and early and got started. Work took longer than expected due to my previous AC not being installed correctly and not up to code(not performed by Preferred Air), yes my house was flipped, little did I know, but Preferred Air changed all that and has increased the value of my home. The installers did a fantastic job! once completed, the guy showed me pictures of the new new unit and the work performed, and explained what they installed and materials used. He even asked if I wanted pictures and I handed him my phone and he snapped the unit upstairs in the attic. My Unit is beautiful!. Again, I am more than ecstatic about this install, as they installers even went as far as to correct the drain issue outside my home. See before and after photos. I love love love how they made sure the PVC piping went to the ground and covered with pebbles. you can see how my home is stained from grass and dirt where the water dripped with the old unit. I even had to block that section off with a gate as my dogs would like that water, not safe. Sorry, some pics are not very well taken, it was night and the flash takes away from the photos. Now I need to work on my landscape game! Once all work was completed, Nick, came by to check all work to ensure it was all accomplished and up to code. Many thanks to Nick and all those at Preferred Air!!! Definitely my new AC/Roofing Service company for life.

In 2018 They replaced both aging water heaters for us, and replaced our HVAC system. The installations were great and the crew was very careful inside our home. Both the water heaters and HVAC system have been trouble-free and are excellent quality. The price was great too!

Our home will be 20 years old this year, and it still had the original roof. We didn't have any leaks but decided to replace the roof. This month (May 2022) Preferred Home Services completed a new CertainTeed ClimateFlex roof for us and repaired our gutters. They referred us to a great painter that could paint the exterior and even pressure wash. Our home looks brand-new! We are very happy and satisfied with the results and the pictures say it all. Matt is always on-time and responsive to any requests. The crew was extra careful outside the home and they are friendly.

Lee from Preferred Home services was sent by my home warranty last month. I was impressed with their texting and calling before arrival. He came on time. Was knowledgeable and fixed my a/c - the fan had gone out. Went out of his way to promptly get the part and fix it, which helped me in the 90 degree heat. He recommended a chemical cleaning of the coils which was a little expensive for me. Got a little impatient with my questions but answered them anyway - needs a little more patience with customers who ask questions. These are suggestions for improvement. Otherwise would rank his professionalism, helpful attitude and timeliness 5 stars.
