My AC was not blowing cold air. Called Freeman Heating & Cooling to set an appointment for repair. They gave a window of 10 am-12 am. Mike showed up at exactly 11:30 am and was very professional in diagnosing the problem which he isolated. The capacitor on our condenser was not powering up the compressor. He repaired it shortly after the diagnosis and was gone. My AC is now working and I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend Mike and Freeman Heating & Cooling.

The company is very good Cameron was very friendly went home and got me a portable ac for my room that night, brought it back at 9:30 at night. Owner showed up the next day to make sure everything was going good. Would highly recommend this company.

Service called fast to make appointment. He came on my time; meaning after work and when I could show without taking a day off of work. He listened to my problem and was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable. Great doing work with him.

Xavier and his team are the best! Came to my aunts house and replaced her unit with a new one! The job was done quickly and done right! I cant thank them enough for their hard work!

They came out like an hour or two after I call. I was so surprised they came out so fast. They looked things over to let us know what work needs doing and what we could do to prevent the problem in future. The service was great and we really loved Thomas' southern drawl and manners. We are going to see about having them back out to do some work. Thank you very much.

This company is incompetent. They were so friendly and helpful when the A/C system needed to be replaced and then 15 months later, we find that that the motor in the A/C was not installed correctly. The A/C started making this awful noise and after we had another contractor come out, we found out that it was installed wrong. It caused $1,000 in damage on a system that was less than a year and a half old. It should have lasted years!! I will never use them again and I will tell everyone to use Hal Watson!! They are honest, smart and actually know what they are doing.

If you're looking for a company, look no further and hire Nxgen! 100% recommend. The customer service was top notch!! Kyle made everything go smoothly and was very informative and answered all questions I had. I'm always nervous about getting the run around or made to feel less than smart because I am a woman but Kyle made sure I was informed & explained it all till I understood, he was very essential in making sure I chose what I needed.

Our AC went out upstairs and I called my warranty company. They scheduled NX Gen and they came out and found what they said the control board was not sending enough voltage to the outside unit. He said he can have it up in 48 hours or so. It was over 90 degrees upstairs. We paid the service fee (expectation of the warranty company).
2 days went by I called and texted Kyle Curtis and....NO RESPONSE. Another day goes by, I texted the dispatcher from NX Gen (had their number they originally texted me to let me know he was on his way.) I texted 2 different times......NO RESPONSE. 4 days go by and I finally call my warranty company to see if they can get ahold of them.
They then look at my account to check the status of the claim. NX Gen never even started the claim. They never sent in the diagnosis. They wrote that they are not going to do the work.
I called my bank and they cashed my check right away, though.
They took my money, and disappeared, and never responded. They are not honest and they have no integrity.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews in fact this is my very first one. Had they called me, let me know in any way they didn’t want to do this work I would have been fine. (They are other companies) but to just ghost me and taking my money as well.... I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Just in case someone thinks the AC units I have are garbage or 30 years old.....I bought the house 5 years ago. The previous homeowners put new units in in 2012. They were fully installed by Bobs in League City. I also have Bobs service them 2 times per year.

I didn’t want to write this, but I hope someone is kept from similar circumstances.
