NxGen was great at getting someone out to my house quickly. When I called the office, they had great response time and were about to help out quickly!! In this Texas heat, it was much appreciated. I know I have current issues with my outdated furnace so I will DEFINITELY remember them in the WINTER when I need my house warm! Thanks you guys for all your help!

Excellent company to hire. They replaced our entire A/C including ducting and were very professional, respected both the home and yard. Kyle was very informative and quick to answer any questions I had. Very responsive to trouble calls as well (one not their fault and one mine). One call was same day, one was next day early morning. In the Houston area its normally difficult to find that kind of service level for HVAC. Not with NXGEN and especially not with Kyle. I highly reccomend you give them a chance.

Very professional from the time of booking, taking payment and until the tech is done. The let you know when they are on the way, they wear their mask in your home & I loved that my diagnostic was free and that I was told what the cost would be before doing anything. They got my heater up and running in one visit and I was pleased with my service!! The lady on the phone was always very very sweet & booking my appointment took no time!! I recommend them and their prices are very reasonable!

NXGEN Air conditioning & heating is, simply put, an AMAZING company. Xavier, was thorough, efficient, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to care of my family and had us up and running within no time. I could not recommend them enough. Calling them for your A/C needs will be the easiest decision you will ever make!!!!

AC went out early morning on a Sunday. Googled who was available 24/7 in my area and NXGen popped up. Called and the lady who answered was very nice despite having to take a call at 6am. They were able to fit me in for service/repair same day and within a decent time frame. Mr. Tony was my tech and was super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use NXGen again!

Austin and Kyle from NXGEN came out to my house to service my AC/Heater within 24 hours of contacting them. They not only addressed the issues I needed them to, they went above and beyond by fixing a gutter that had detached from my roof! These guys were on it and did an amazing job for a very fair price! I would recommend them for all HVAC and Roofing needs and I will be using them for all of these in the future!

I just had a great experience with NXGEN. My technician Kyle was very communicative prior to his arrival and did a great job with my furnace check up. He even identified a potential issue with my a/c, which was not part of his original scope. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys the next time you need HVAC work.

My system failed and I was referred to NxGen by a family member. They arrived the same day to troubleshoot and quickly knew the problem. The house is 30 years old with the original system. I decided to do a complete replacement. I received an excellent price and they installed the next day. Very professional crew and performed an excellent install. They went above and beyond by replacing wood supports that were found bad after the removal old the old system and added additional material to ensure the intake vent didn't drawl unfiltered air. I now have a sense of confidence in my system and my NEW AC professionals. Thank you NxGen.

Nxgen takes amazing care of their customers and gives high quality service and products. Our A/C went out and I was struggling in an 85+ degree house due to being pregnant. A few days later we called NxGen — they came out the same day and prioritized us due to my pregnancy. They put us in a nice hotel so we would be comfortable and finished installing a complete new system by 12pm the next day. They didn't have the unit we needed in stock so they upgraded us for the same price. Within 5 min of turning the AC on, our house was cooled. They even walked around to make sure each room was getting the right amount of AC and got rid of any hot spots. They also gave us a smart thermostat we can control from our phone. They keep following up to make sure everything is working perfect. Kamarin was extremely kind to us and we couldn't be more thankful for finding this company. They also stand behind their products offering us a transferrable 5 year labor and 10 year parts warranty. This is a local, experienced business you can trust!

NxGen came out the next day and installed my new AC. They were very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I was very satisfied with the service. Our old AC couldn't keep up with the Houston heat. This new unit so far hasn't flinched! I know we haven't had a super hot day this year, but it's coming and I can't wait to see how well the new unit can handle it. Thanks for all the help!

Great quality work

I would like to say thanks to this company. I had aircon came out to do the tune up on furnace. A day later I found out the AC fan outside stop running. I requested service thru home warranty and they sent out this company. They came out and checked every wire in detail. They found a disconnected wire on furnace panel, which aircon just did a maintenance on. I asked them about the price for some minor repair which Aircon also quoted me. This company's price is much more reasonable. Thanks.

I was stuck with no AC during a brutal heatwave and he went above and beyond to get me back to normal. The staff was extremely honest and upfront about what needed to be done, they did exactly what they said they would do, and in a very timely fashion. Now my AC works better than ever! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Tyler came to my house to do an annual inspection on my unit. He was so kind and knowledgeable! I was unaware that my unit was having some issues due to a leak in my unit but he fixed it no problem! He was very thorough and made sure my unit was running properly by the time he left, answered all my questions I had, and even installed my filters I bought that I kept forgetting to put up. Definitely recommend this company and Tyler!!

Tyler was our technician. He was awesome. He knew the problem exactly and fixed it. Tyler is professional and also he educated me about my AC unit and why issue happened and what I should be doing to prevent it. Highly recommend !

Tyler came out to check on my elderly mother’s AC. Fortunately, it was a minor issue. However, he pointed out another issue unrelated to the AC that could have caused a lot of issues in the near future. Most technicians wouldn’t have bothered to mention it (not my problem attitude). Tyler is an outstanding professional with a great sense of character and integrity. We will be calling them again for any future AC issues!

I’d definitely recommend Preferred home services. Everyone that I spoke with was very polite. Tyler came out to our home to assess my A/C unit. Even in the rain as I was holding the umbrella, he still went out to get the information he needed. Most people would want to reschedule, but he didn’t mind getting a little wet. Thank you Tyler.
He then came and installed the part we needed and got our A/C fixed so we didn’t have to melt in this Pearland heat anymore.
