After a bit of a wait after Hurricane Beryl, Tyler was able to come out and complete service. I appreciated the next day courtesy call and check up on things, and when I had a need for additional assistance I was out on the schedule immediately and Tyler once again came that same day! I appreciate the assistance from this team!

I've had a lot (and I mean a LOT) of work done on my AC, and this is the first time I can say I am genuinely pleased. Tyler was great - personable, professional, efficient, and effective. Arrived exactly when promised, returned exactly when he promised to, finished exactly when he said he would. Identified the problem within minutes and resolved it same day. The service that was provided to us today. By Tyler was absolutely wonderful. He came by yesterday and wasn't able to complete the job because it was frozen. He informed me he will be returning. He put me on the schedule for the first thing the next morning.
He provided me with all the information.I need it and it took him about hour and a 1/2 to get everything taken care of. It was a pleasure to have someone with experience to come in and get the work done for me. Thanks again Tyler

Best A/C service I have ever experienced! Our technician was Tyler and he showed up on time, had kept me updated on his eta, he knew right away what might be the issue. After only a couple of minutes he confirmed his theory and already had the part I would need on his truck. When does that ever happen? Anyway …. from the time I reported the issue with our home warranty, to my communication with PHS scheduler to completion I was treated with expediency and professionalism! I will definitely call on them again when something comes up. Great Job!

I was assigned this company by my home warranty company Landmark. Initially, all was good. They sent a tech which found a leak on my AC coil. Then the problem starts. Owner calls me to explain that the coil I have doesn’t match the compressor size and that they can’t replace like for like and that they know Landmark will deny my claim. Their solution was to replace the whole unit for almost $12k without ever submitting anything to Landmark. Of course I reject that. Landmark was also not helpful. Called about all of this and nothing was ever resolved. At the end had to replace the coil itself and pay everything out of pocket. Shady business practices, not only this company but also Landmark.

Tyler came out and fixed the issue with my A/C. He did an excellent job explaining things to me to where I understood. Tyler overall performance today was above and beyond. I recommend this company.

Tyler McNeil came by on 04Dec and upon arriving he introduced himself and was professional throughout his visit. He conducted a tune-up for one furnace and performed troubleshooting on our second furnace. He took his personal time to explain what he was doing to pinpoint the issue and then provided a solution. Tyler also took his time to explain the theory of operation in order for me to understand how the component failed in the operation and as why that specific component was needed. He wasted no time in getting the ball rolling to order the part. Tyler was personalable, down to earth, trustworthy, and a stand up professional who set a high standard for other technicians to follow. Thanks for the work. I look forward to calling Home Preferred and specifically asking for Tyler to come back out for future issues.

Had a minor hiccup at the start but the company stepped up and got our air-conditioner replaced and up and going again. Mrs Britney was very diligent on keeping us informed on everything and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. I would and do recommend this company to everyone i know.
Also the 2 technicians that came to do the job are awsome and very respectful and cleaned up everything.
