I called late on Monday, and they had it fixed wednesday morning. Macey the distributer was great at communicating and super nice. But the real MVP was Louis, man he took such good care of us. Not only communicated well with me and my tenants but was dedicated to solve the problem. He was at my house working all day today troubleshooting a problem, the whole time keeping us updated and in a good mood.
