I did a lot of work evaluating 4 companies and received estimates, a total of 4 quotes, for a complete removal of my HVAC system and replacement. The main reason I chose Air Systems Air Conditioning and Heating was their knowledge and experience. The price was very fair. After all the work they put in to removal of the all the old equipment, installation of all the new equipment and clean up - I thought it was very fair! When they completed the job I was extremely satisfied. I want to point out Robert, who is very honest and provided answers to all of my questions while we were scoping the job out. He gave me a great deal of confidence that the job would be done right and it was. Thank you to everyone at Air Systems.

We had an issue with our AC unit not blowing cool air ( house settings at 73°F but actual temp at 82°F). I called several places before deciding to go with Air Systems. They came quickly, diagnosed the issue correctly (bad compressor) and fixed it quickly. Our house is cool again. We appreciate the quick service, accurate diagnosis with reasonable price. They are honest and efficient. Would definitely recommend them with my family and friends.

It’s so hard to find trusted providers these days and I am very thankful for the people at Air Systems to give me the straight and honest info and to keep my system alive. Others have tried to convince me that my system needs replacement just because it is old… but underneath the old paint and exterior are still some strong working parts that produce the right pressures, hold the refrigerant, and transfer it through each stage of the refrigeration cycle. The 70° air it produces in the house is just as good as the 70° air from a brand new unit. I’ll replace the full unit with the latest greatest when the time is right for me… and when that time comes I’ll call Air Systems and strongly recommend that you do too!

I recently had my air conditioner replaced by Air Systems and they provided a straightforward quote explaining my options and what was included. They included rebates from Centerpoint without me even having to ask. They anticipated issues like needing to remove my attic stairs to get the unit in place. They installed a thermostat supplied by me and credited me for the one included in the quote. They showed up when they said they would and they stayed until after 5 on the day of the install to make sure I had a working system that night.

No one likes to unexpectedly spend thousands on a new AC, but Air Systems make it as painless as it could be. I paid cash, but compared to the other quotes I got, their financing options were reasonably priced.

This is part two of the annual maintenance. We have had them do this for several years now following the HVAC system install. Kenny always does an excellent job on both the Spring and Fall checkups. Our system has not had any problems. We feel comfortable going out of town in the summer, knowing they can be depended on to go take care of any problems that might occur while we are away.
