I have used Southbelt for years and have no desire to change. Matt is efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I highly recommend!

We have been using South Belt A/C and Heating for several years. We have recommended them to family and they now use them. Always arrive at scheduled time. Very courteous and listen if there is a problem or just getting our seasonal “tuneup”. Nick, usually comes and is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. He has shown us ways to prevent problems and help our system last longer. The price is always fair!
We are grateful for an honest dealer that we trust! I would recommend them!

Nick did a great job as always. We clean the outside coil after checking the pressure reading and the amp readings which check out good. Then he replaced the UV lamp build in the duct in the attic as well as checking the coil , drain and the drain shut off for drain. Great Job again !👍

I cannot say enough good things about Southbelt A/C and Heating! From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and incredibly efficient. I had them replace the attic cooling coil, vents, and return air unit, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

Matthew came out the same day I called, thoroughly assessed the situation, and took the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it. He even showed me what my unit looked like before and gave a clear picture of what it would look like after the work was done. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and transparent he was—there was no guesswork or pressure, just solid expertise.

They returned the very next morning and completed everything the same day. The team was right on time, extremely communicative, and completely professional. When they were done, the workmanship looked amazing—and the space was so clean, it looked like a professional cleaning crew had come through!

Not only did they explain everything they had done in great detail, but they also gave me tips on how to maintain the unit moving forward. The pricing was very fair, and they even gave me a discount after learning I’d been overcharged by another company previously. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated.

Matt showed up within the time frame, got to work immediately and had my heater working in just a few minutes. Great guy, honest and straight forward.

I really appreciated the very quick response to my AC issue. I was concerned about going into the weekend with my AC not cooling. Called Friday morning and the office scheduled Nick to come out later same day. Called around 4 pm to make sure and was reassured someone would be coming. Nick explained & fixed the issue. Since the office was already closed, no concerns about me paying. Saying let's handle it on Monday and appreciated the trust. Definitely will be my go to company for AC and Heating.

I have used this company in the past for a few repairs and they have always been great and responsive. I recently had them come out and fix my 18 yr old a/c and while it was still performing it was obvious that it needed replacing. Matt provided a quote that day with an American Standard 5 ton unit as an option going forward if I decided to replace. He didn't try to add on unnecessary things with the new unit which is exactly what I was looking for and they were by far the fairest of all the companies I had come out for a quote. It's refreshing to see a company that wants to provide great customer service and that is exactly what they have always done. Highly recommend!!!

This was my first experience with South Belt. Nick performed an inspection of my furnace. He was very pleasant and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I expect to call on South Belt in the future.

Great service, showed up on time. Luckily our air conditioning issue wasn't a huge problem and they were able to determine the problem and replace the component in the same visit. House is cooling again!

Nick from South Belt AC diagnosed and fixed our AC problem. AC was not turning. Nick was methodical in finding root cause. He is definitely an AC expert! The customer service from South Belt AC was great! Our unit was about 9yrs in Houston heat.

Used them to replace ducts about 6 months ago. No issues, everything seemed fine. About 2 weeks ago, unit in the attic started vibrating. Was going to explain all but seemed to long. So the jist of this is they sent Matthew out, which came to give estimate for ducts, called said unit was old would probably need replaced. Got there at 245, I got home at 250. He was in the house pushing on my ceiling saying it was my ceiling. Asked him to go in attic and show me what he did.( he said he already was up there and it was fine) he said he didnt want to go back in attic, said he had been up there for 45 min. Mind you it was 3 at this time. He had been there only 15 min. Broke my light bulb getting old drip pan they left behind the first time and told my wife he never been to the house before. After me calling him on his bs, he said he needed something out of truck. Went out a few minutes after and he was driving off.
Super unprofessional! And they still haven't called me back. Dont use them.

Absolutely the best! Had issues with our previous AC guy that was putting bandaids on our ac equipment. Had to let him go. Called Southbelt for our future needs. I only wish I would have chosen them sooner! Matt has been awesome! We just had a new condenser unit installed yesterday by Robert and Jay and they did a fantastic job! Thank you guys so much for everything y’all do!

South Belt Company was great to work with. They are honest, prompt, and very easy to deal with. The entire process was smooth, and the customer experience was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience! I called and asked for a technician to come out. Within an hour Jason came out,diagnosed the problem, gave options and decided a new unit would be best. Installers came the next day. They were on time, respectful and finished within two hours. Totally recommend this company.
