Great Company , We had our business AC stop cooling , spoke to Sam and explained that it is a business and needed repair done asap . He did show late at night tested and determined AC needed replacement . By end of the following day a new ac system was installed . Really impressed with this company and how fast i was up and running and the best part was there pricing were very competitive with other companies. Will use again if needed

This company was sent out by my home warranty company (210 home warranty) for a second opinion as the first company informed me that I’d need a new system. Granted, the system is 13 years old and I expected some maintenance issues to be popping up at this time. However, Samer, with Refined Air Cooling and Heating, was fantastic! He explained everything to me and informed me about things I can do to enhance the maintenance of my HVAC system to extend the life of the condenser unit! He even texted to make sure everything was functioning properly today (the day after).

Samer came out on Sunday afternoon to address my broken AC. He diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in 30m. Highly recommended.

I live in League city Texas I had an AC unit that was not working in June of 2021. Refined AIR cooling and heating came and fixed our AC very quickly. Absolutely professional and competitive price. I can't say enough good things about this company and Samer. My experience was wonderful. I called at 6pm on a weekday after coming home and discovering my AC was not working. Samer tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to save me money. It turns out it needed further investigation, so he came over immediately to resolve the issue which he did not have to do since it was already later in the day. I can always tell when I am working with someone who has integrity and honesty. Samer took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the troubleshooting process. He stayed late to make sure my AC was back up and running again and charged a more than fair amount for the repairs. He will be my go to for now for any HVAC needs. I highly recommend him, and his company!

After being ghosted by another HVAC company that left me without AC for 13 days in 90°F+ weather, I called Refined Air Cooling & Heating. They came out on Wednesday to confirm the blower motor needed to be replaced and were back on Thursday to install the new parts.
