AC not working. Called Air Systems this morning to make arrangements to get it fixed. Scheduled today between two and five. Received call back within five minutes and said tech already on island. Tech called about forty-five minutes after that he was on their way. After meet and greet session, system was checked and problem was thermostat. It was replaced and less that one hour the system was up and running. Thank God for such quick and wonderful service. The employees were very friendly and polite and helpful from initial phone call to completion of the job.

I take care of my mom (86 yr old) my dad past, so I try to keep up with things. I came home after work; my mom was not there and saw there was water all under the plank floor and wall which is under the A/C in the attic. I was so worried!!
My dad used Air Systems before he pasted and I remembered how he felt about them being true, honest and professional.

WELL.... I received a call from Kenny (AGod Send) after 5:30 pm
told him the deal. He was on his way home, he turned around and came to the house and in no time, he fixed the problem.

THE COST WAS VERY GOOD AS WELL!!!

I was told by my son to use Air Systems; I won’t be disappointed! He was right. From the first call to finishing the installation, everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on my needs. They didn’t upsell me, treated my home with kid gloves, and got the work completed ahead of schedule. Air Systems is my air company now.

Matt showed up and listened to me as I described what troubleshooting I'd done ahead of time. We had a great conversation about the issues and he did an amazing job handling the issue as well as making recommendations. Bottom line: I will call Air Systems again with future HVAC issues and for when I finally need to pull the trigger on a new unit.

I wish I could give Air Systems 10 stars. Robert saved the day!! He called me back within minutes of leaving a message about my AC that stopped working (in July of course). Then he came out on a Sunday and had the problem fixed within half an hour for just the cost of a service call! I thought for sure I was going to have to buy a new unit because that's what my old AC service company has been trying to tell me for the past 8 months. I'm SO glad I called him. He will be my new go-to guy from now on. Can't recommend this honest and fair company any more highly! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Quick and professional. I truly expected a wait since it’s the middle of summer, but same day service. In addition, they did not give me a four hour window to sit and wait, they asked what was a good time, then called when they were nearby.

As a Realtor, this is my go-to HVAC service company for good reason! They never try to upsell you and will try to fix the equipment you have without recommending replacement if not necessary, and they have always charged very reasonable prices. Amazing and fast service! The guys were both super nice and made me and my daughter feel at ease. No pressure to do anything, came when they said they would, and I would absolutely recommend anyone use them for any kind of hvac issues. Also I called at like 4:30 and the super sweet lady taking the calls had a tech to my house by 4:50 and the next day (they had to come back to install a new unit) they came by 9am and we had our ac back with little to no inconvenience or discomfort. When he came out originally and realized we would have to replace it he set up a temporary fix so that we wouldn’t be hot the rest of the night or next morning. Such a relief!! Loved the service start to finish will use them again for anything that comes up!

I've used this company several times and they have always been straight forward on repairs. Don't try to over sell products when there not needed.

Quick and responsive, . They were direct, easy to work with, and gave verbal direction on how to deal with future issues effectively. They checked the rest of my system after fixing original issue and communicated well. Less than an hour from call out to in person visit.

I've been a customer for several years now. Air Systems is very trustworthy, dependable, and honest! They're fast and always on time.

Air Systems came out and determined that the condensing unit had a large refrigerant leak. Since our AC system was 31 years old, we opted for a full replacement. They came the next morning and was finished within 4 hours. They were very professional and courteous. Thank you very much Matt and Robert. Also thanks to David's Air for referring Air Systems when he retired.

Matt and another gentleman came out for a free estimate. They were professional and courteous, not pushy or trying to oversell. The business office was very helpful at providing further information through multiple phone calls before we committed. The pricing for what we got (full a/c and furnace) was competitive and slightly better than a few other companies we spoke with. The installation went better than expected. Matt and the crew called before arriving and showed up on time. We were told to plan a full day for removal of the old system and replacement, but the work was completed in 4 1/2 hours. Once complete, Matt walked me through the new unit and thermostat and made sure to answer any questions that I had before leaving. Over all we are very pleased with this company's staff and service.
