Constraction reviews in Frisco, Texas

Justin and crew always arrived as scheduled, were very creative on the design and they were polite, professional, and left my yard in better shape then in was. They exceeded my expectations for my backyard patio renovation. I have no qualms about referring him to others. The whole process went smooth from beginning to end!

We've added a front patio and flower bed landscape with Elite. It was such a pleasure working with the designer and project manager. Both were hands on and always available for questions and I had many :) We're getting so many compliments on their work and we feel comfortable passing their information along. Highly recommended!

This was my first time to work with a contractor, so I was a little nervous going in. The reviews for Elite Outdoor Living led to my selection, and it was a great experience! They quickly understood my vision and recommended great ideas to improve my vision. The contract was in plain English (no legalese), and the final product exceeded my expectations. Great company and great team!

If zero stars was an option this would be my rating. I will share pics of Justin's work in hopes he does not waste an entire year of any potential consumer, like he did ours. I will post pictures of his "work" and write a constructive review when I am less heated and can be more factual without emotions.

Justin and his team designed and executed our beautiful backyard oasis, complete with pool, spa, sitting areas, landscaping, cabana, and outdoor kitchen. They were very professional and sources extremely high quality materials, which created a wonderful finished look.

I highly suggest Justin at Elite Outdoor Living. We just finished ours, and I'm so happy. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I couldn't conceptualize it. Justin's team designed an entire 3D video of what I wanted. The contractors were great and exceeded all my expectations. They also helped us with any issues we had after the project was completed.

Justin and his entire team were very professional and paid attention to the smallest of details. The quality of their work was impeccable. They have worked on several of our neighbors homes each as beautiful as the next. Thank you so much Elite Team!

We LOVED having Elite Outdoor Living complete our new covered patio for our home. The project managers were always available to talk with, and answered all our questions promptly. The craftsmanship of the work was impeccable and beautiful. Very high end work. We love sitting outside and enjoying our new space. Thank you Elite OL!

Our outdoor living space is exactly as we envisioned. The Elite team knocked it out of the park with our covered patio and hardscape. The entire team of framers, electricians, and flooring were great to work with. The follow up and attention to detail are world class and a breath of fresh air regarding contractors. We had great back and forth communication with phone calls, texting and on site supervision. The finishing details were completed and our outdoor space is a great addition to our home. Very proud how it looks and would recommend the great Elite team.

Our experience with Justin & his team was great - on time, professional and lived up to our expectations. We appreciate the details that we found in his work. We highly recommend Elite Outdoor Living for your outdoor kitchen & patio.

Justin, Nikki, Brittany and Corey were all a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very responsive to our questions and needs. Our backyard project turned out beautifully and we have received many compliments from neighbors and friends. The project manager, Corey, was onsite almost daily and resolved any issues that came up. We appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism of all who were involved in our project. Thank you, Elite!

We did a lot research by talking to some of the previous clients of Elite Outdoor Living and inspecting the work that was completed. Everyone we talked to was more than pleased with the work that had been done. Upon our inspection, it was obvious that the construction by EOL was a much better product.

The owner, Justin Brown, gives the estimates, oversees the project, and ensures that the customer is satisfied with the results. We are very, very pleased with Elite Outdoor Living.

After buying a new contemporary home in North Dallas, we hired design firm Randy Angell Designs to design our entire outdoor space, including the front yard, back yard, side yard, and pool. The design was complicated, and all the elements required custom builds. We asked Randy to recommend builders capable of executing such a complex design with quality. Randy recommended 4 reputable firms, including Elite Outdoor Living. We received detailed bids and presentations from all 4 builders and while all were competitive, Elite’s was by far the best for several reasons.

First, while 2 of the bids were all-inclusive, Elite’s was the only one that included every element of the design, including audio-visual equipment and furnishings. Second, the level of attention to detail in the bid, including meticulous descriptions of each element and inclusion of product samples, signaled to us that the builder was detail oriented (which turned out to be true on every count). Finally, CEO Justin Brown (who came to our home to explain his bid rather than requiring us to come to his office) impressed us as a kind and generous man of integrity (which he turned out to be). When the initial bid came in a little higher than we had planned, Justin worked with us to value-engineer a few elements so that we got to a price that worked for us within 48 hours.

Second, throughout the project, the Elite team’s attention to detail was unlike anything we had seen before. We have lived through multiple remodel and design projects with excellent custom builders but have never seen quality and craftsmanship like that delivered by Elite. Because I was working from home during the building process, I got to watch the construction teams day after day and marveled at how perfectly and painstakingly each block and tile was laid, how meticulously each job was checked and re-checked by Luis, our Project Manager or Justin himself. Luis would sometimes be at the site until well after dark checking the work or adjusting things himself so that they were perfect. Several times I looked out the window to see Justin lying on his stomach on the ground to make sure the pitch of something was just right or what the design looked like from that perspective. Another time, Justin required the carpentry team to rebuild one of our decks twice because he thought it wasn’t perfectly level (although it looked perfectly level to us). This is the only building project ever undertaken for us in which we can’t find a single flaw.

Third, the entire Elite team, from Justin, to Luis, to Miguel, the landscaping manager, to Katelin, who led the design of our furnishings and oversaw other project elements, to the team of landscapers, carpenters, masons, electricians, and others were the nicest professionals we’ve ever worked with. Besides being meticulous craftspersons, each team member was friendly, thoughtful, respectful, and was genuinely interested in our input as the build was taking place. Having dozens of people working on one’s property day after day can sometimes be uncomfortable, but the team went out of their way to be as quiet and unobtrusive as they could and to make the process as light and fun as possible for us.

We would enthusiastically recommend Elite Outdoor living without qualification to anyone considering a pool or other outdoor design & build project.

We cannot overstate how much we LOVE our outdoor space (I’m in the spa now writing this review) and how grateful we are to Justin, Luis, Katelin, Miguel, and the entire Elite team! It sounds dramatic, but the space has changed our lives for the better. The calming, Zen-like space has given COVID isolation a silver lining, and transformed the value of our property as well as our lives. More than one friend who has seen it in the background during Zoom calls has commented that the space “looks like a Four Seasons” resort.

Elite Outdoor Living was our choice for a patio extension, pergola and backyard landscaping. From planning to completion, Justin and his crew were professional, timely, experienced and courteous. Their attention to detail and creating a beautiful final project was everything we could have imagined and more. Highly recommend.

Justin and his team at EOL did a fantastic job creating an outdoor living structure for us that is better than we had envisioned. They were great to work with and we were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the work crew and swiftness of their work. Never imagined that working with a contractor could be such a pleasant experience, but Justin and his guys really set the bar high.

We did a major backyard project which includes a pool, spa, large covered patio, covered fire pit, and landscaping. We also used them to paint the entire exterior of our home and install a new roof. I’m beyond thrilled with the final results. It looks far better than I imagined it would. Everything looks stunning! Elite Outdoor Living has impeccable taste and a great team to put it all together. Elite worked with us from beginning to end and made sure everything was perfect for us. If you want outstanding results, Elite Outdoor Living is the perfect company to use.

Elite Outdoor living is a company based on good moral character and efficiently executing extremely detail oriented work. I have worked with Justin on multiple projects. Each project has been completed timely and efficiently with an amazing end result. I have employed the team at EliteOL to build fences, arbors, and patio covers. Justin is extremely methodical in his process and prides himself on his punctuality. His crews are methodical, and very detail focused when working. This combination of crew and foreman are a perfect blend for a great team. Thank you for everything you have done for me, and i look forward to working with you in the future!

We enjoyed working with Justin and his team on the design and build of our outdoor living area. They provided the type of service and attention to detail that we expected. Justin spent lots of time with us showing us first hand many of his completed projects and pointed out the fine details of his team’s craftsmanship that set his work aside from others. He handled all of the homeowner association requirements and worked with the city for permits and inspections. His follow thru to closure on all aspects of the project was exceptional, delivering an outstanding and quality product in the end.

We chose Justin and EOS to build an extension to our patio and the whole outdoor kitchen set up. We were extremely satisfied with his work and attention to detail. Justin had a vision for our backyard that exceeded our expectations and not our wallet. Justin and Shawn were both very responsive to any questions and concerns. Every time we have people over they are always quick to point out the detail of work. I would recommend Justin and his crew to anybody looking for a contractor that puts quality and detail number one.

Elite Outdoor Living did a great job on our pool deck. They were courteous and prompt and most important of all good communicators. We have a modern house and our deck was composed of large white pavers that would easily show anything less than a perfect installation. We were very satisfied with the job.

Several years later, I needed a small tune-up to our deck. They handled the smaller job within about one week of a phone call. A lot of companies are interested in you only if you have a large project. Elite Outdoor Living providing good customer service by taking care of small needs after the sale.

Justin and his staff did an outstanding job in creating our extended patio and outdoor kitchen. His staff was very professional and punctual in all the work they did. They were courteous and cleaned up all debris each day. I would highly recommend Justin and Elite Outdoor Living for any exterior project you may be considering.
