M.D Roofing went above and beyond. Michael and his team were very professional. They showed up and got the job done. They were not pushy at all. I had a thousand other roofers come through my neighborhood and they were so pushy that's what scared me away from them. Michael is very patient and understanding what the customer wants. This was my first roof I was scared I heard nothing but horror stories.But M.D construction made it a breeze a dream. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

From the initial roof inspection and patiently working with our insurance company to the beautiful new roof, rebuilt chimney and new skylights, this process has been seamless. Michael and all of his team are honest, reliable and professional. The work was amazing, and I was especially impressed with the attention to details and outstanding communication. Can’t say enough about how impressed we were with this company. I called on Friday for help with a vent on our roof just above our child’s room. It was rattling and squeaking which freaked out our kid. Michael scheduled an appointment for the following Monday and arrived exactly on time. He texted beforehand to confirm we’d be at home. Very nice guy and we never felt rushed. He took our questions and explained the issue, took some pics and before starting, went over the options. The repair was done completely and post-photos provided. If I had done the work myself on that steep pitched roof I would not be here to submit a review! Thanks Michael!

As a realtor myself who is selling my own home - I needed some shingles replaced that blew off. This company came out the same day and fixed them same day too. Very knowledgeable and nice and charged a very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

Honesty and Integrity is hard to come by these days. We received large hail in Anna and we had MD Roofing inspect our roof. No work was needed and said roof looked good. Thank you Michael !!

I cannot say enough about the employees that this company has working for them, everyone is so professional and courteous. I have been building houses for 30 years and I am a graduate master builder. I hire Tovar to complete a very large home for me and the customer wanted a top of the line paint finish on the entire home and man did Tovar and his crew knock it out of the park. I referred Tovar to my cousin for a bathroom remodel and she was 100% satisfied. Painting is his main trade but he and his crews can do it all. From light framing, insulating, sheet rock, texture, tile, plumbing, electrical, he can take care of it all. I will always use and refer Tovar to any and everyone.

I have had Tovar and his workers paint both the inside and outside off my house. They did an excellent job. He is an honest businessman and his prices are fair. I recommend him to anyone who wants to ensure the work gets done well and on time.

They did an excellent job with our shower remodel. Tovar was very good about communicating each stage of project. They were also very quick. I would highly recommend for any project.

The billboard at front shows starting 500k but its well over 800k and up. What typeof marketing is this?

Very good community and new construction homes in Frisco. Only drawback is little elm ISD 😒

Nice home building options. Worker was informative. Model home was beautiful. Not many lots available for this particular style home. Community doesnt offer any amenties. Homes were substantially cheaper than homes in master communities.

I had very good experience with First Texas homes.
Ken Goodson is very good and he guided us through whole process. We got the house as promised time. Quality is excellent.
I recommend First Texas to any home buyers.

Ken is our sales manager at VOC, and he is fantastic at replying to our emails and answering any questions we have. He assisted us with structural, plumbing, and electrical discussions and drawings. This aided us in making speedy decisions. We got the opportunity to discuss and make our choices with him. After a few days of completing the options, he always allows us to go over them and sign the contract. We were having problems getting things done before Ken arrived, but he made a significant difference in how smoothly things proceeded. Thank you so much for all of his help with our new home support effort. Still, construction should begin soon, and we'll discuss our findings here. Aside from that, the FTH should improve the design team experience, which is severely lacking in many aspects.

They have started selling the lots from last year at this location but till now the construction is not started. If this is the case all the excitement to have a new home for the owners will be lost. Sometimes i feel it was good decision for me to back out though i backed out for a different reason. Good luck
