I had a great experience with Cade today. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to carefully check everything and explain what he was doing along the way. He was also very patient and understanding, especially knowing I had my 3-month-old grandson with me. His empathy and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate the care he showed and highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable AC service.

Brandon came out quickly to repair our AC (a lifesaver in the Texas heat!). He was respectful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he get our AC running again fast, but he also set us up with a membership to handle maintenance every 6 months so we’re covered for the future. Overall, extremely pleased with the service—highly recommend!

Isiah is the best! There was no way to fix the HVAC system so he offered to go out during a snow storm to get us a portable heater! Amazing! I will choose Air Repair Pros every time I need help with HVac issues. Thank you!

Had a new furnace installed by them in jan of 2024. I paid $4500 for it. I was told my payment included complimentary maintenance and there was never any mention of a continued $328 dollar charge for the rest of my life that autorenews every year thereafter. The $328 is also needed for the warranty to be valid!! be careful when using this company. the 3 year labor warranty depends on charges for the rest of the life of the product!

Edit: i didn't lie. no one told me this plan would auto renew at the time i bought the furnace. The 3 year labor warranty is only valid if you pay for the annual $328, otherwise the labor warranty is only for 1 year. i just wanted to let the public know before you are autocharged. The elderly or busy individuals might not check their credit card statements as thoroughly as they check reviews. The lack of transparency is what i was upset about. Please read the other reviews before me. there's others who wrote about the same thing.

He examined all areas that could cause our problem, diagnosed & fixed it quickly.
We’ve been very satisfied with all the techs and all the office staff. Our satisfaction with our new Trane systems (1 yr old) has not been as great. Good news, Air Repair Pros has fixed every problem. Our Trane systems though haven’t been as “bulletproof “ as the service provider. We’ve needed several visits in the last year on brand new systems. I hope those buying top-end Tranes have better luck now. If you do have a problem, you CAN depend on Air Repair Pros to make the system right.

We feel certainly blessed to be a member of the Comfort Club with Air Repair Pros. Our heat went out this weekend during the record breaking cold and snow. We couldn't believe when our technician Danny J arrived when the roads were still so icy and dangerous. Danny was amazing, truly our hero, and a fun guy with a great personality as well. Thanks to Danny and Air Repair Pros, our house is feeling warm again.

Daniel was super good. Quality work, respectful, very kind, helpful. I think Airpros is a great company but their customer service and maintenance team are what set them apart from everyone else I have worked with.

Had to get some heater work done and of course it happens on a Sunday morning. Called Air Repair Pros and they were there within 2 hours. Had the unit up and running the next morning. Taylor was our tech, went over all the options with us to come up with the best plan. Was very knowledgeable and professional, not pushy about any of the options. I'd recommend them to friends in the future.

I don’t even know how to start this review, because my experience left me with very mixed feelings.

I contacted this company because we were having large temperature swings in our small studio (about 1,500 sq ft). When the thermostat was set to 72°F, the actual temperature would swing roughly between 68°F and 75°F, which was uncomfortable for our customers.

Brandon arrived on time and was very professional. He checked the rooftop heating unit (about one year old) and confirmed there were no mechanical issues. I explained that the thermostat seemed inaccurate — it would show around 71–72°F while the space already felt quite warm, and shortly after the heat shut off, the thermostat would then show temperatures as high as 76°F. Brandon agreed that the thermostat was likely the issue and recommended replacing it. That sounded reasonable.

This is where my experience went downhill.

Brandon contacted the office and told me the thermostat replacement would cost $600 before tax. Considering this was a straightforward replacement with four wires, that price felt excessive. I fully understand that companies have overhead, labor, trucks, and need to make a profit — I’m a small business owner myself — but the number simply didn’t feel justified.

I proposed a compromise: the thermostat itself costs around $259, and I was willing to pay $500 total so the company would still be fairly compensated. After checking with the office, this was approved.

However, when the invoice was presented, the final total came to $702.54, which included an additional $149 service trip fee that had not been clearly communicated upfront. In my experience, trip fees are usually waived when work is performed, but ultimately that’s on me for not confirming it explicitly beforehand.

I’m giving 2 stars only because of Brandon — he was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, based on the pricing and lack of transparency, I won’t be using this company again.

Our heater quit working unexpectedly during a big winter storm. We called Air Repair Pros in hopes that we could have someone come out to take a look at our system, fully expecting that we would have to wait a couple of days until the roads were clear. Instead, they had a technician at our house within 2 hours of us calling. Drew went above and beyond making sure that we had working heat before he left. He spent 4 hours and replaced two parts (one that he had to call around to source) so that we had heat back in our home. His compassion for our situation and determination to get our system back up and running did not go unnoticed.

Andrew, Drew and Johnny we're great. When the heat came on for the first time this year we had some issues, Air Repairs Pro was the first team to be available. They came out did a professional job. It required some troubleshooting and a couple of trips to solve a cascading series of equipment issues. The team was professional, responsive and effective. They were available on the weekends even taking time to have a call to explain the options to get us up and running permanently. We greatly appreciate them. I would strongly recommend these guys. They're vibrant and well-trained. Good group of people, hopefully you never need to call them for repairs, I would recommend getting them up as your regular service provider.

This weekend, we learned that our 35-year-oldHVAC system finally required replacement. A team from Air Repair Pros, Frisco, worked with us to select a replacement system, arrange financing, and organize installation of the new system. The installation team, comprised o Chris Walbert and Alex Ralstan reported at our door at 9 A.M. the next morning. From that moment, they worked diligently, and we were able to continue our daily activities, until the installation was complete and working impressively at 9 P.M. that evening.Before leaving they explained how the system worked and removed all remnants of the old equipment from the house and yard. These two young men were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout and we would happily recommend them to any friends or acquaintances who may need heating/air conditioning installation or repair in the future. This past Saturday, my wife and I were somewhat dismayed to learn that our 35-year-old air conditioner system was demanding retirement. However, Danny and David, from Air Repair Pros were extremely helpful in explaining and convincing us of the necessity, explaining the alternative replacement options, assisting us in obtaining suitable financing, and arranging for very rapid installation of the new system. Throughout, they were professional, courteous, cordial and convincing. I would highly recommend them to friends and acquaintances who might require repair or replacement of their air conditioning/ heating systems.

Brandon and his team handled maintenance and repairs at our previous home, and when we moved into our new house we immediately called him for a full HVAC overhaul. He redesigned and replaced the ductwork, added new supply and return lines, installed new plenums, and integrated UV systems. From start to finish he was confident, professional, and meticulous. In just a few days the home became dramatically more comfortable with proper airflow and no stagnant air. His crew even cleaned and organized the attic, making it far more accessible. Our heating unit went out over night and woke up very chilly. Called that morning and was able to schedule an appointment same morning to get it repaired. Marcus was great and did a fantastic job. Quick response and work. Knowledgable and proactive.

Rudy was my Air Repair Pro today. I had a maintenance appointment scheduled but then requested information on a new thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and with the information he gave me I decided to go ahead with a new one, which he installed today at the same visit. Rudy was nice, helpful, and respectful. I wish all those working in service industries did as good a job as Rudy.

Andrew did an amazing job discovering issues to repair and provided visuals to identify his findings. Overall, he did an amazing job and it did not take long. Andrew was super professional and super polite. The scheduling for the appointment was super easy and they were flexible with my schedule. I plan to use Air repair pros in the future.

Sam came to service my home and educated me on the type of issues the system was having. However, he was very professional and knowledgeable about how to proceed with the repair with options and cost savings overall, but also the importance of preventive maintainence moving forward. I would recommend Sam and the company.

We loved working with Danny. He took his time taking a ton of pictures, explained things educationally, played with our dog, gave us options and even thought of things that would be nice to have down the road. The company was also easy to work with, they communicated timelines well, sent follow up messages, even sent a pic of Danny before he arrived. Their responsiveness (next day for service, next day after that for full replacement) is the best I could ask for. We’re glad we’ll have Danny as our assigned technician moving forward.

Air repair pros was proactive in reaching out about my routine 2 time a year inspection included in our membership. Cade was awesome and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and did great work. I opted to replace my capacitor and it was even discounted for being a air repair pro member. Would highly reccomend this company. It's nice to know one of the most expensive home appliances is being checked on regularly by professionals. Especially leading in to a Texas summer.
