Fabricio will take the time to show you the difference in his work and show you when something needs to be fixed. Not just say "done" or "you need a new whatever for $1,000".

Franca Pools is fantastic! They keep my pool sparkling clean all the time, so that it’s ready to swim in whenever. They come out weekly and email over a status report with all the chemical readings and photos of all the equipment and pool and any updates along the way. I contacted Franca Pool Services (“Franca”) to “fix” my pool, which was full of algae and tadpoles. I also needed my filters cleaned, but the pool was in such bad shape that the filters got damaged. Franca installed my new filters, cleaned them because they got dirty immediately given the condition of my pool, and got the chemical balance back right. I can now see the bottom of my pool and spa, which I couldn’t before Franca cleaned it and got it back in swimmable shape. The icing on the cake was the great communication, customer service and friendly personality. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Franca Pool Services for all your pool needs (cleaning and maintenance)! Amazing service. Had issues with a previous pool cleaning company. Looked up other local smaller companies and found Franca with great reviews. They were spot on. Amazing service, fast, knowledgeable and was able to clean my pool better than before. Great price, especially with the size pool we have. Prompt communication, upfront on costs before any repairs have to be made. Very great company.

We have been using Franca Pool Services for the past two years. In that time, they haven't missed a single week of service. Every visit, they take their time to go through the full list of services thoroughly, never rushing through the job like we have experienced with two other companies in the past. Pool is consistently clean and we appreciate this company's honesty and accountability. They don't try to upsell on unnecessary repairs (e.g., we had a leak and was quoted $800 and told we need to replace everything from Blue Sciences but Franca only charged $50 to fix the leak and that was already over a year ago-- still good). Highly recommend.

Continuous problems with my pool since the freeze. Two other companies had come out to look at the issues with expensive solutions. I called Franca Pool Service they came out the same day resolved the issue after inspecting all the equipment, got it up and running at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend them.
