This company is absolutely amazing! They are professional, keep the pool crystal clear, and works with me when the pool needs any parts they are a one stop shop! They are great with our two fur babies! They even send post clean updates! 10/10 would recommend!

I am very pleased with the service we received from Franca Pool Services. I called them on Monday for a filter clean and they came out the same day to clean my filter and clean and treat my pool. The price was very reasonable and the customer service has been excellent. They even sent before and after pics of my filter and pool which I definitely appreciate.

I had a great experience with Sam from Poolburg. He responded to my call the very same day, which I really appreciated. He showed up on time, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my pool heater and got it working again.

The technician sent out, had made earlier contact by phone I explained the problem. He brought everything needed to fix our problem all under an hour. Pool is running like a champ! Technician was very knowledgeable and nice. Would absolutely recommend.

Samuel was very informative and explained exactly what the problem was with my pool heater. I was hesitant to repair the heater and thought about getting a new one. He assured me he could fix it and offered a good warranty. His service was very accommodating to my schedule. So I’m very pleased.

Samuel of Poolburg is very knowledgeable and by far, the best Pool Service that FAHW has sent over on the years I’ve dealt with FAHW (and believe me none of them met my expectations other than Samuel / Poolburg). He commits to his promise and thoroughly reviews the issues and causes and remedies. So when dealing with FAHW, I will always insist to assign

The Pentair Intelliflo VSP we had stopped working. Samuel and John listened to us explain the various equipment we were using for pool. They came out next morning, made a professional diagnostic of issue, explained process and put quote together. Within a short time they had equipment back at house. They worked hard and smart to get it up and running. Highly recommend the PoolBurg team.

We are extremely satisfied with the work that Samuel performed on our pool equipment. He was persistent in figuring out what the issue was and determined that the fault was with the antenna which had been affected by a lightning strike that killed our wifi and knocked out the antenna.
