Thanks for getting my pool turned around so quickly last month. Other companies were either too expensive or said they would give me an estimate and then never showed up. Im enjoying the weekly service as well, it's nice to not have to do it myself.

We asked for a weekly maintenance quote, some one from this company showed up, and stated that he will give us a quote as soon as possible like the following day. He never did, we were calling his office but they never answer us. What Informal and dishonest way to handle business.
It only take some one to say, sorry we can't handle your business bc we don't have the capacity and knowledge to handle your commercial pool. -
Worst experience ever with any pool service. I had a pool that haven’t been used in one year, they came and gave me a quote of almost $1,000. Even though it was too expensive and there were cheaper options I decided to move forward because they claimed to have pool experts or what not. Less than two weeks later the whole pool turned green. I asked for their help again and they gave me a quote of almost $700. Very disrespectful through email as well. At the end of the day it turned out that the small businesses are much much more convenient and cheaper. One of the worst experiences as a customer in my life…

I started using Aqua Bright for weekly service after they did my remodel which I’m extremely pleased with. They have been very professional to work with.

On 06/30/24 contacted Aqua Bright in Frisco, TX about a quote to address issue with cloudy green algae in our 10,000 gal in-ground pool.
The person I was speaking with on the phone requested that I send pictures of the pool in order to provide me a quote to remove or treat the green algae and restore ideal ABC levels. When I received a call back I was told it would be a little over $700-800 to remove the algae, restore the pool balance levels and return to check to see if what was done took care of the problem.
I thus contacted another Pool maintenance & service company & they wanted to drain our pool (even though we explained we’ve had it drained a year and a half ago) and add certain chemicals which included a follow up visit to ensure everything was working to clear up pool. Their price was over $1000
I visited a Pinch-A-Penny Pool, Patio & Spa supply store in my area and provided them with a water sample from pool. To my surprise I was given a print out of products to purchase that we could use to address the issues of green algae and correct the pool levels. The purchased total was about $200. We Followed the instructions and the problem was resolved within 1 week.
The lesson always check out several company’s and options before taking the word of one or two so-called professionals. Sometimes it pays to do your research then DIY. -
I have had the pleasure of getting my pool re-plastered and new tiles with Steve. I have nothing but great things to say. Pool looks fantastic! Initially, we picked out different colored tiles but Steve helped us pick a better option for our pool specifically. Steve provided guidance on how to maintain my new plaster and periodically checked in on me after the work was completed. If anyone needs work on their pool, Steve is the man! Communication and service was excellent!

I decided to try Aqua Bright Pool Service; their tech came over to inspect the pool and generate a quote. I highlighted a couple of items for which I wanted to be more pleased with the service delivered by the prior company. I also asked him to provide me with a quote and suggest if I should patch or replaster the pool. After about a month of email exchanges asking me to tell them what type of plaster I had on my pool, I never got the quote and stopped asking for it, as I was not trusting the so-called "Pool Experts" anymore. The monthly cost of cleaning the service was better than my former service, and I decided to move forward with them. They started "cleaning" the pool, and a week or two later, I started seeing green mold. I reached out to them, and a "specialist" suggested that it was caused by the fact that we were using the same swimming clothing in the lake and bringing it to the house. I indicated it was not the case because we had not been on a lake for over a year, and it all started when they took over the cleaning service contract. She said she would let the cleaning tech know and address it while saying I had to purchase an additional service to address the Green Mold issue; this went on for a couple of more weeks when I noticed there was no improvement in the Green Mold situation, I decided to terminate the service shortly after I saw an invoice for the cost of an entire month of cleaning services when I had terminated the service a week into the actual month. I ignored it and did not intend to pay that invoice, as I had spent significant money on chemicals to remediate the mess they left behind. Today, I received a letter threatening me with placing a lien on my house if I didn't pay the bill. I decided to pay the bill and added a note that I was not going quiet and would post this review. While I do not favor trashing anyone, sharing my story with others was necessary for anyone considering doing business with a company such as Aqua-Bright. I would recommend they do their homework and not walk in blindly.

Aqua Bright has been servicing our pool for three years now (each photo is a different year). We tried two other companies prior, but they were inconsistent with service and slow to respond to requests or corrections. AB has not only been extremely consistent, but also reliable and flexible.
Anytime we reach out with a problem or request, Emily responds within minutes and is professional and cordial, swiftly handling anything we throw at her.
They have helped us with a couple maintenance issues at a great price and with fast service. They also gave us a recommendation for some new pool coping which turned out perfect and way cheaper than we expected.
