I enjoy working with West Pool Services and feel very confident in the service provided without the upselling. Chris will listen to you and observe the pool equipment and recommend what he would do if it was his own pool. I will continue to call on Chris for support as everyone knows, the pool needs babysitting and attention.

He was quick to respond, very decently priced for an emergency repair and made time for me and my family in our moment of need. All he does is pool repairs. I can't say enough good things about Chris and West Pool Service. After several failed attempts at finding an honest, reasonable, and reliable pool service provider I came across West Pool Service. Chris responds via text promptly and comes out usually within 24 hours. Sometimes that same day. I have been using them for filter cleaning and repairs and have been extremely happy with their quality and customer service. Top notch!

Three years ago I moved into a home with a pool. We struggled with a pump motor electrical/breaker issue every time it rained. The pool would shut down after a rain and it would take a day or two of us rebooting the pool to get it to kick back on. The pool service company we were using at the time, as well as a couple of electricians, could not determine the cause of the pool shutting off after a rain. An electrician even changed out a breaker to no avail. Due to various concerns, I changed to a different pool service company and shared my rainy day issues with the owner. He referred me to Chris, owner of West Pools. After communicating with Chris about my issue, he agreed to come get his eyes on the situation. He very quickly suggested the issue wasn’t at the electrical box but the pump motor. His thoughts were rain water was getting into the pump motor and causing the pool to shut down. He suggested I purchase a $20. hard cover for the motor which I did. We have had several rains since putting the cover in place and the pool has functioned properly. Something easy and inexpensive was all that was needed BUT I had to have someone knowledgeable of pool function to get to the root of the issue. Chris can patiently think outside of the box to troubleshoot an issue. He was extremely gracious, professional and knowledgeable. I would be confident in recommending his company to service a pool for regular maintenance or troublesome issues. His expertise proved to be a blessing to me. Thank you, Chris.

We recently hired Greenblast Solutions to pressure wash the exterior of our home and power wash our patio. He did a fabulous job and was patient in listening to what we wanted done and provided an excellent customer service. An exceptional service provider in Plano, Texas! I noticed Deonte cleaning my neighbor’s windows with what appeared to be a neat system (water filtration, screen cleaning brush system etc) and therefore, sent her a text. She was thrilled with the work Deonte was doing. He came over to our house once he finished her job and did a fantastic job on our windows, cleaning a few of them two and three times to get all of the hard water spots off. We highly recommend Deonte for Window Cleaning!
