Great company to work with! They did a beautiful job with my windows and gutters, and were highly professional.

We are new to the area and John, the owner, worked us into his very busy scheduler complete with a discount. He returned a day later to fix a break caused by a gnawing squirrel. The WG team is friendly and very creative wither lights. We highly recommend Window Genie.

Tidy maids came to do a move in clean for an apartment for us. The apartment was completely empty and it couldn’t have been an easier clean but they must not have done anything. There were still spider webs in corners, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, the baseboards weren’t even touched, the floors were dirty and so much more. I literally took lysol wipes and went over everything again and they were filthy. I paid extra for refrigerator and stove cleaning, but the fridge had crumbs all in it. I just don’t understand what they did for the hour plus they were there. So disappointed that I paid for that kind of service.

Have used Tidy Maids of Frisco for over a year for regular monthly cleaning and they are fantastic! They are prompt, professional, and thorough. Love them and supporting local.

Recently I employed this company to clean my house before Thanksgiving. The workers were kind and easily approachable. I do believe the language barrier was a problem as I would ask them to complete something and it was not completed (mopping my laundry room). Overall, the service was just okay. From what I read from the other reviews, if your house is already clean the workers just provide a "spot" clean behind it. That's not what I was intending to pay for. Nice employees but not sure I'll be back.

I have had several poor experiences with other cleaning companies over the years. I spoke to Angela about my concerns with the previous, my expectations and why we wanted a detailed deep cleaning. She listened and delivered!! House looked FANTASTIC!! Lots of compliments from the out of town visitors and mother in law. Even talked my hubby into recurring visits. Highly recommended!!

Tidy Maids did a fantastic job deep cleaning my home. They took their time and made sure all rooms were thoroughly tended to, including organizing my two teenaged daughters’ closets- and if you have teenaged girls you know their closets are a mess. I will definitely be using them again.

I can't begin to tell you how much I love the tidy maids of Frisco. As someone who doesn't enjoy cleaning very much and is single with a full time job-- it's a blessing to have the tidy maids stop by every two weeks to help me get things back in order. I am always very impressed with how quick and efficient they are. I've only been a customer for 5 months and really wish I would've started this sooner. I can't imagine life without them. If you need a one time cleaning or regular service, I promise you won't be disappointed! I love you tidy maids!

I am extremely pleased with Tidy Maids of Frisco . I have tried and fired many other companies because of their lack of attention to detail. But I can not say that about this company. They are amazing and i am so glad i didnt give up on my search to find the right company. Ana is great communicating, she is very involved with what goes on and makes sure I am pleased with the service they provide. And I love being able to schedule online and reschedule if needed. As well as update my method of payment.

TMF is the best cleaning service I have used! They are quick to respond, honest, and great at their job. My house was a wreck after we had been gone for 2 weeks…dirt, dust, dog hair…. We scheduled a deep cleaning once and now have them on a rotation for regular cleanings. My house has never been so clean!
Regarding honesty, the first cleaning one of the maids accidentally knocked a picture off the wall and the glass broke. Angela called me personally as soon as it happened and offered to replace the frame or take it to be repaired. That means a lot when you are trusting people in your home while you’re away. I recommend TMF any day 😊
