The cleaning crew did a great job cleaning my home!! They arrived on time, were friendly and immediately went to work and worked nonstop. I will use Tidy Maids again in the future.

We had our home deep cleaned for the first time. WOW, we wished we did this years ago! The team came in and hit literally everything in the house! I can not stress how professional and thorough the Tidy Maids people are. My wife and I have scheduled ongoing service for every two weeks. Highly, highly recommend Tidy Maids!!

I had an issue with previous service, but they came out and fixed it. Will use their service again, very satisfied with service.

I had last minute guests coming for Thanksgiving and not enough time to clean; she was able to get a crew over and they did a SUPERB job! Tidy Maids of Frisco has been coming to my home monthly for about two years. I had a few very specific requests that Ana, the owner/coordinator, enthusiastically accommodated, and she has been pleasant, responsive and caring since. As for the cleanings themselves, our team is prompt, prepared and thorough. We couldn't be happier, frankly.

The team that cleans our house is exceptional! Our house is sparkling clean everytime. They are efficient, thorough and very professional. I would highly recommend Tidy Maids. It is super easy to schedule or reschedule, they are willing to
work with us and are very accomodating.

I used Tidy Maids for a deep clean before the holidays. They showed up on time, with 3 people, and had the whole house done in 2 hours.

My house has never been this clean. They even got a spot off of my glass cook top I have been trying for months to get off! I can’t say enough how wonderful of a job they did and will for sure be using them in the future.

Avoid Tidy Maids at all costs!! You have been warned!!

The service/quality/price were horrible. We paid $394 for the deep clean service + refrigerator and oven cleaning. We hadn't moved into the house yet so it was empty.

Needless to say, nothing was cleaned! We arrived to cobwebs on walls and baseboards, urine and god knows what else on the toilets, grime, hair, mildew, dust on all the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. The floors hadn't been mopped or swept as there was lots of hair and debris left in most of the corners of the house. The shower glass and shower itself in the master bedroom weren't cleaned. The inside of the oven was still dirty, the refrigerator had hair in it. There was hair on the doors etc. I can continue to go on and on...

I contacted them and even allowed the cleaning manager to come back to my home to see what had not been cleaned. He and one of the cleaning people saw all the issues on the first floor and even found things that I didn't point out.

They basically told me that they know for a fact that the cleaning person was there and cleaned the entire house due to the GPS showed them at my location. I told them that doesn't mean they actually came inside and cleaned anything. They could have sat outside all day playing on the cell phone for all I know.

I was told by the Owner Tom, that they would not clean my house or refund my money, as they don't issue refunds and they also don't come back and clean. And was also told, that they don't clean mildew or grime from showers/tubs!!! What kind of cleaning company is this?!?

There are lots of cleaning services around. All I can say at this point is choose wisely, cause now I have to hire another company to come clean what "untidy maids" couldn't or refused to clean!

Tidy Maids did a wonderful job on a move out cleaning for me.
There were at least 5 people helping and I could not be happier. As they finished the owners came to inspect the job and that was a really classy thing to do. Ana and her team will also do a great job for you. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a 5-Star review to this great company! I used them at the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. They called, texted and emailed me. Great communication before services were provided. A friendly team of 6 showed up and the the new buyers happened to show up at the same time and they were so impressed and happy with the cleaning services. I had a very pleasant phone call with Angela to book the deep cleaning. Angela is very warm and friendly! We had new flooring put in. There was dust from ceiling to floor. The cleaning team showed up on time, which was greatly appreciated. They did an outstanding job !!! Love the little touches - the decoratively folded Kleenex, toilet paper and blankets on the bed. I used Tidy Mais of Frisco for the first time as a rental move out clean for both the house and the carpets. I was so impressed it won't be the last time I use this company. The house shines and the carpets, though old, looked like they couldn't be cleaner. Excellent teams and very professional.

I've tried so many companies since moving to Little Elm and have been disappointed with all of them. I'm so happy to report Tidy Maids of Frisco did a phenomenal job cleaning my home. They were thorough and detail oriented which I find a top quality in a cleaning service. I won't use anyone else now that I found them. Coming home to a spotless home that smells so clean and nice is one of my favorite things!

Tidy MIds are always professional , friendly and excellent cleaners. Way better than I could do myself!! And they work quickly. They also do extra touches like fancy towel folding, flowers on toilet paper roll etc. Highly recommend !

I requested a whole house deep clean. I also added the service to clean all windows on the inside. The team was prompt in arrival and cleaned very throughly. Ceiling fans, baseboards, lights, etc were all cleaned. I have used Tidy Maids several times for deep clean over a period of several years and have never been dissappointed with the service. It is always a great experience to walk in to a house that has been cleaned so well with attention paid to detail! I think the value of the service is very reasonable for the amount of effort required.
