It took almost three days to get a callback and then was told they wouldn't clean unless both floors are done I wanted downstairs only big fail.im not paying double if I don't want it done.

They sent 2 excellent ladies to clean my 3 bed 2 bath house. Communication was not a problem they spoke and understood English with no issues. This had been an issue for me with other companies. My family and I were blown away by Dallas Maids Frisco! They arrived on time and were very professional. The crew were so very nice and accommodating to our large pets and our WFH schedule. I was especially impressed with the quality of work (which is really what we were paying for). They were quick and diligent and will definitely be using their services again. The ladies always do an incredible job. "Maid day" are the best days of the month for us. Our big mastiff always loves to say hi (and leave lots of hair) it's always so clean under the tables and stuff. It's a great feeling to have the trust of Dallas Maids. It means a lot to us.

I worked with Dallas Maids to have them clean my elderly father's house in June of 2021. His house was to say the least not clean at all.
I wanted to make sure that not only was he going to have a very clean house but I also wanted to ensure that the people who came to clean would be trustworthy and nice.

Wonderful experience! Chad was extremely personable and did an outstanding job with our tile and grout cleaning. I highly recommend him and will definitely continue to use his services.

I built a house and after closing have some contractor come in to install a coffered ceiling. Well the contractor didn't do due diligence and damaged my brand new floors! I called someone for steam clean and was quoted about 500$ for all rooms. I thought that was ok. when they came, they said that the damage could not be repaired by just steam clean and was charging me more than triple that amount! Heck NO! I then bumped into Refresh Floor care and seeing they have 5 stars, gave them a call! They have exceeded my expectation in multiple counts. First, they have a set pricing. $1 per sq ft. I appreciate the fact that I know what to expect before they even come. Second, my timeline was tight! I needed the floors addressed in the next 36 hours! Chad came late that evening, the same day I called and finished the job! Three, my floors were badly damaged but because Chad promised me he will make it look brand new (like it should), he had to coat it with some special chemical at no extra charge, y'all! Four, there were a few accidents that occurred as they treat the floors, but Chad took care of it. He sent top notched crew to fix what was broken and I am very happy with how things went! I will NEVER go to anyone else for flooring needs. He earned my loyalty from here on forward and will never get tired of recommending him to anyone I know.

Needed a deep cleaning of my master bathroom.. especially dark mold need to be cleaned in my shower area. Posted the project in thumbtack.Chad reached me out with an initial estimate and told that he can stop by and provide an estimate. He came next day and walked me over a detail plan and gave a reasonable quote..and did a excellent job of cleaning my master bathroom tiles, grout and did caulking as well!!

Chad was quick to follow-up with a quote. He was professional and reviewed the areas to be cleaned for spot treatments before starting to clean. He did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. I would recommend Refresh Floor Care!

We used this company initially for grout/ceramic tile cleaning and they did an awesome job. They were fast and prompt with response, appt scheduled within timely manner. They communicated prior to coming out and educated us on the process and how to keep our floors clean, recommended cleaning products. They did such a thorough and professional job, we had them come out the following week to clean our carpet. Again, we were very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

The best part is, if you have your grout colored and sealed the yearly cleaning is significantly discounted and the work is guaranteed for life.
