Hi highly recommend Refresh Floor Care. They did a wonderful job! Their staff was easy to work with and the service was fantastic.

We called Refresh Floor Care for an estimate to clean the floor, and to color and seal the grout for about a 1000 square feet of ceramic floor tile. Chad, responded quickly and gave us a fair estimate for the work. An appointment was set and Chad showed up on time and before work. We are extremely happy with the final results. The floor looks new and the grout is no longer stained in our kitchen where most of floor abuse occurs. Paula and I highly recommend Chad and Refresh Floor Care for your floor cleaning needs.

I am in general difficult to be fully satisfied with service vendors. However, after our previous vendor ghosted us and eventually couldn't do the job, we called Refresh Floor Care and Chad showed up on the same day to give the estimate. They started the work the next day for the full two days as our tile floor area is around 1,900 SF. They did a fantastic and thorough job. I am pretty happy about it and would recommend to everyone. The best part was the "botox therapy" he did to the portion of our foyer area which had a couple of loose tiles for many years and he has fixed them efficiently, something many other prior vendors could never do. I am most happy about that part.

Chad did a great job cleaning and sealing the grout in my tile floors. You won’t go wrong using him.

Chad did a fantastic job restoring my shower of years of soap and calcium stains. He had to come back 3 times due to a caulking issue, but never gave me a run around and was a thorough professional to work with. Attaching the before/after pics below.

Chad did an amazing job. There is a reason why he has 5 stars. I had him clean my wood floors and grout before I moved in. Before you could feel the dirt and grime as you walked on them. Now they are so clean with a nice satin shine. 10/10 would recommend.

I like the tile that I chose when I redid my floors but I made the mistake of letting someone recommend a grout without testing it first. So I ended up with a dentist office white grout on my floors that lasted all of five minutes with my dogs. The guys came in, cleaned to the max and stained the grout a beautiful dark and earthy grey-brown. They are so professional and detailed, I am so relieved I love my tile again!!!

Chad is a top-level professional with all right kinds of equipment. In our house, he cleaned both tile and concrete floors and restored colors of the grout between the tiles. Job well done, with attention to details.

Chad, from Refresh Floors, cleaned and sealed my tile floors and made them look absolutely fantastic! I use the Bissell Crosswave on my floors but they never seemed to look clean. A friend recommended Chad so I called him. He came the next day and performed magic! My floors look brand new! Even the grout! I cannot give him a high enough recommendation! Call him and be amazed!!!

We had a fantastic experience with this company! The owner was super friendly and did all the work himself. He did an excellent job cleaning, coloring, and sealing our grout, and truly went above and beyond to make sure it looked exactly the way I wanted. His attention to detail and pride in his work really showed.

When we later discovered that the grout lines from our newly installed floors (done by a different company) weren’t done properly, he even offered to come back and clean those lines again once the installers fix their mistakes. That level of customer service is rare and so appreciated.

10 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Johnathan and Ethan did an unbelievably fantastic job! My bins look and smell better than the bins when they were replaced new by the city. LONESTAR contacts you the day before your appointment and about 20 min before the technician arrives. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised.

From the customer service experience on the phone to the prompt same day service - everything was done well. I will recommend highly and will be a repeat customer.
