I have a few rental homes and when people have pets, their trash bins can become unbelievably awful. They cleaned the bins for two homes for me today, and you would never know the bins had ever held anything smelly. They do a wonderful job and they're very reasonably priced.

We try to support local businesses whenever we can, and LONESTAR Bin Cleaners is truly one of those exceptional business we're happy to support. I’ve been using them for over a year now, and they’ve been nothing but professional, friendly, and easy to reach. They even work with me on scheduling since our recycling is picked up bi-weekly, and they’ve always been flexible in making sure both bins get cleaned at the right time.

Their pricing is competitive, especially for the top-notch service they provide. $25 every 6 weeks for both of our bins to be cleaned?! Easiest yes ever. Our bins get SCARY in the hot Texas summers (IYKYK), and after one disgusting encounter with maggots in our trash bin last summer (where I seriously considered lighting a match and walking away), LONESTAR came to the rescue. I never knew a trash can could smell so good and look so spotless, but here we are...money well spent that I’ll happily continue to spend.

I tell everyone about them, because there’s just no comparison. Sure, you might have a neighborhood kid offer to come spray your bins out, but it doesn’t come close to the professionalism, sanitation, and thoroughness of this service. They don’t leave debris behind, and your bins stay cleaner and fresher longer because they’re actually sanitized. If you’re on the fence...just do it. You’ll thank yourself every time you lift that bin lid!

I used Lone Star Bin Cleaners and unfortunately had a frustrating experience due to their lack of communication and professionalism on the billing side.

First, I want to say the cleaner himself did a great job. We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the cleaning. This review is not a reflection of his work, which was excellent.

The issue lies entirely with how the business handles pricing, billing, and communication. They recently switched billing systems, and without any notice, the service fee nearly doubled. I was not informed before the higher amount was withdrawn from my account. While I understood the service had been completed and agreed to pay, a price change of that size should never happen without informing the customer first.

I let the representative know I would need to delay the payment temporarily, and she agreed. A few weeks later, she texted asking if she could charge half the amount. I agreed, and then shortly after told her to go ahead and charge the full amount to get it taken care of. She claimed she didn’t see that message and only charged half. Then, an entire month later, she charged the remaining amount without any notice or confirmation.

What made the situation worse was her dismissive attitude. When I brought it up, she said she didn’t think it would be a big deal to charge those amounts without reaching out first. But that is not her decision to make. She does not manage our finances, and it is completely inappropriate to assume what is or isn’t a big deal to a customer. It’s not about the money, it’s about respecting the customer’s right to be informed and make their own decisions.

The cleaning itself was great, but until this company takes communication and customer relations more seriously, I won’t be using or recommending Lone Star Bin Cleaners.

We are so happy with this service! It was definitely money well spent to not have such disgusting trash bins. I considered cleaning them myself but decided to try LoneStar instead. They arrived promptly when the promised and were very professional.

Outstanding service. (I sometimes forget to leave my bins out and they go grab them clean them and put them back). Super friendly individuals. Send me an alert to let me know when they are on the way and when they leave. Trash cans are always spotless when they leave. I definitely would recommend their service for trash bin cleaning!!!!

We had a great experience with the bin cleaning service. The communication is great, they did give a heads up one week prior to the service date, 1 day before and on the day. They arrived on time, were professional, and did a thorough job cleaning and sanitizing the bins. The difference was noticeable immediately—everything looked spotless and smelled fresh.
