Lone Star Bin Services is a phenomenal company that always takes great care of us. Communication is always outstanding and the value provided for the cost of service is immeasurable! They always take care to move our bins into the driveway when finished. I highly recommend this company and their services! You will not regret doing business with them!

Fantastic service from these guys! Had an emergency with my bins - we have a newborn, won’t get into the messy details - and the folks at Lonestar went out of their way to service my house ASAP even though it was off cycle for the route that week. They were thorough and did a great job. Friendly and easy to work throughout. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been using Lonestar Bin Cleaners for quarterly service, and they are absolutely fantastic. They communicate clearly via text—letting me know when they’re on their way, when they arrive, and when the job is complete. The bins always look and smell great afterward, and they go the extra mile by bringing them up off the street once they’re cleaned.

Lonestar Bin Cleaners has been cleaning my bins for a few months. They always get them incredibly clean. I love not having insects swarming around them anymore. And they don’t stink. They do a great job, they communicate very well, they’re here when they say they’ll be here, and did I mention they do a great job? Highly recommend.

Extremely impressed with the service. Operator was prompt and communication was excellent. Driver had no trouble finding the house.

Trash cans have both been cleaned extremely well. They were first pressure washed and then cleaned with the help of the truck. These cans did not smell this good when they came out of the factory.

I only put one star because I had to. Zero stars! Opens at 8. I was there at 8:30, sign on the door said they’d be back by 9. They weren’t. I left at 9:30 I tried calling no answer.

Don’t bother with this place. It’s clearly located in some abandoned warehouse. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE THERE. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail either. No one cares to listen or call you back. Avoid this place. SMH.

The stains are out. Very pleased especially with our technician, Brian Barrett. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Well done.

I paid for services through Groupon. They were scheduled to come out twice and never showed either time. I attempted to call and left several messages, but again no response. This is not a reliable company.
