Easy to schedule but awful service and customer service. Charged $275 for a deep clean with no improvement. Spent less than 30 min at my house. When I called afterwards, said it would be better when dry. Stain was still there after drying so I called back and was told “a manager will call you back both times.” No response. I did better work with my Bissell green machine and carpet cleaner.
