Jordan Pena did an excellent job cleaning our house. The carpets had a lot of traffic and various stains. The carpets look brand new! He also cleaned tile and greatly improved the color of the grout. Jordan was direct, professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this business.

I was very impressed with the job that Justin did on my carpets, sofa, and wingback chairs. He took his time and cleaned them thoroughly. He was respectful and kept me informed as he progressed through the different cleaning jobs. The entire process took about two hours, and he worked hard during that entire time. The sofa hadn't been cleaned professionally in 20 years, and it looked great when he was done with it. I will definitely use this company again in the future and I will specifically ask for Justin. I highly recommend Miracle Steam!

By far the best carpet cleaning that we have had done. No spots coming back at all. We have a pup that had been experiencing GI issues and had a few accidents on our light colored carpet, and there’s no traces of those accidents to be seen anywhere. Thank you for a job well done!!! Miracle Steam Pros and their technician Justin came to our rescue the other day to help with a late in the day carpet cleaning emergency. One call and they moved quickly to get us on the schedule and 20 minutes later they were on site and on the job. Justin leaned in and came to our rescue to take care of our needs. This is not just a review of incredible service, but a commentary of the general state of small businesses. I spent an hour calling across various carpet cleaning services only to get foreign call centers and people couldn’t speak English and it was amazing to finally call someone who lives down the street they can come tomorrow and do great service. We should all give more business to these great small local businesses that do incredible work. Bad stain in our bedroom from the dog throwing up and it was gone in minutes. I am never going to use anybody else with these guys.

Justin did a terrific job cleaning our sofa and chaise lounge chair. He was so incredibly thorough I couldn’t believe it. I definitely recommend Miracle Steam, no question.

Might just have been my luck but i had a small synthetic 7×5 area rug cleaned (was not cheap) and there are still stains, the bristles are still stuck together, it smells off, and after almost 24 hours it's still damp. It was cleaned really fast and at first i thought it was done well, but after waiting forever for it to dry (fan, putting it under the sun), and still seeing some stains and it looking just as it was, i am a bit disappointed :(

Fast, professional, easy to book. We were moving and as soon as I removed my mattress protector, my dogs ran through mud and then charged through my house and got it all over my TempurPedic.

Technician arrived on time, was respectful and did a great job stretching our carpet. It was also nice that they moved furniture for us during the carpet stretching so that we wouldn’t have to. Would highly recommend!
