My first time ever using a cleaning service! Let me tell you I was BLOWN away! I had Laura G. Assist me and she was exceptional! Just do it and boom with them!

We’ve had a consistently excellent experience using this cleaning company for our short-term rental in Texas. As Florida residents who own a cleaning and property management company, procuring a cleaning company in Texas that is trustworthy, experienced and dependable was imperative, and I’m so grateful we found the Maid Place!

The owners, David and Amanda, are a hard-working husband and wife team who run their operation with professionalism and integrity. They truly value and respect their staff, and that care shows in the quality and consistency of the work.

Our property is a large STR, (over 2500SF) and although one staff member has been dispatched each time, the cleanings have consistently been completed on time and with excellence. The owners have always communicated transparently and professionally.

Ultimately, this is a reliable, top-notch cleaning company that delivers exactly what we need for STR turnovers. We’re very happy with their service and plan to continue partnering with them in the future.

Laura G did a FANTASTIC job on our Deep Make Ready Clean! I cannot say enough about how nice it is to move into a house that's immaculate. The stress of moving was made so much less by walking into a detailed house!!!

I first hired The Maid Place for a move out clean for my empty apartment, including windows and high shelves and everything, and they did such a perfect job that I did not have to pay any fees to my apartment. (They also found a necklace I had accidentally left behind and left it out on the counter for me, which I appreciated very much.)
Since I liked them so much, I then hired them to come twice monthly to my new place and have been nothing but impressed. Not only do they clean everything perfectly, even more "difficult" things such as the stove and shower glass, but they take the time to go the extra mile- like cleaning my dog's food mat and folding tissues into little flowers, lol. I have absolutely loved Lucia and her team and have recommended her to a friend in the area who loved her too. Thank you Maid Place!!

We hired The Maid Place to help us do a Move Out Clean on our rental home. I was absolutely blown away by the clean! Laura G. was our service provider and she did an incredible job. We were also made aware that our baseboards needed a little extra TLC, and Laura said she’d be happy to do it that day, we were able to add it on right then! Our rental home looks incredible and I highly recommend for any cleaning needs. Thank you Laura and TMP team!
