I hired David’s company for my Airbnb listings, but unfortunately, they are not equipped for the demands of short-term rentals. On several occasions, he sent a single cleaner to handle two 2,500 sq. ft. units—an impossible task for one person to do thoroughly.

Furthermore, David insisted on being paid via PayPal 'Friends & Family' to avoid business fees, which I found unprofessional and risky for business accounting. He also struggled with basic tech integration; despite my requests to use our Property Management Software, he continued to send photos of a manual calendar. We ultimately weren't a fit. If you need a tech-forward, scalable cleaning partner, I'd look elsewhere."

The home smelt incredible! They did a fantastic job for our move out clean! I have a Black German Shepard and a Leopard Catahoula, so dog hair galore no matter how many times you vacuum. ZERO hair or dust anywhere. Look forward to using them at our new home.

Keylin’s team did a fantastic job. They were able to do the entire house in around 4 hours. The house is super clean now and considering I have four cats that can be quite the task. The services were priced reasonably for the work completed.

It was my first opportunity to use Norma and her team. They were very nice and professional. Norma listened to me closely as she and I walked through my house during which I pointed out areas needing cleaning most. Her team did an excellent job cleaning the entire house. I will use them again. I recommend them highly.

Our third time to engage them. The team was 4 people this time and they were fast and thorough. It was surprising how fast they were. Great job of cleaning! My wife and I were not up to the task of deep cleaning, but they were. We were both very pleased. A few things were in different places than before, but no big deal. I highly recommend The Maid Place and will use them again.

Their communication was excellent and they made sure that I was satisfied with the results, updating me throughout the job to make sure we were all aligned on progress. I hired Maid Place for a deep clean before moving into a new rent house. The house was definitely dirty to start with, and the crew worked hard and made a noticeable difference overall. The company was also great about communication. They were quick to respond when I mentioned a few missed areas and even sent someone back out to touch things up, which I really appreciated.

That said, for the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail. Even after the follow-up visit, I’ve still noticed dust on door sills and on some window blinds, as well as dirt inside a few kitchen cabinets. It just felt maybe a little rushed in some areas. Overall, they did a decent job, but it wasn’t quite as thorough as I’d maybe hoped or expected.

Looking for a company that does an amazing job, shows up on time and ready to go? Well The Maid Place is it! I contacted David to see about deep cleaning my apartment to surprise my girlfriend and he was able to get a cleaning scheduled right away. Let me tell you, The quality work done far exceeds my expectations and work I've received from others in the past. I wish I could give 10 stars..

Carmen text me before hand to let me know she was on her way, showed up on time with supplies and was ready to get started. We did a quick walk thru of the apartment and she went right to work. She even asked how I prefer the floors be cleaned and what I would like her to use in the hardwood. David contacted me during the cleaning and mentioned they might go over a little on time and asked if that was ok. I agreed, well worth it! Once completed, she had me do a walk thru and I was blown away. She set my standard of clean at a new level. My girlfriend was so happy with the results when she got him that she requested we start doing quarterly cleanings. The sink, floors, countertops, toilet, bath tub, everything looks brand new.

I will be referring The Maid Place to friends and family.

The cleaning team (martha’s team)came in and did an absolutely incredible job. A team of four people worked non-stop for nearly five hours, wiping down all the dust, following up with wet cleaning, and making sure everything--from toilets and lights to cabinets, counters, and floors--was spotless. They were extremely thorough and worked with care and attention to every little detail. I truly appreciate their hard work and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a deep post-construction clean.

Laura G was sent out by the Maid Place (they were very helpful and amazing communication throughout the whole process!) and she did an amazing job. She removed tough, hard-to-clean stains, paid attention to every detail, and left the place absolutely spotless. The move-out service was so thorough it genuinely looked like no one had ever lived there. Highly recommend her work.

I just had the pleasure of having Carmen clean my apartment, and I have to say she did an absolutely wonderful job. She tackled some seriously challenging spaces—like my teenage daughter’s bathroom and bedroom—and completely transformed them. I recently hired The Maid Place for a deep cleaning as we’re expecting our first baby very soon. This is a new-build home we moved into just 3 months ago, so it wasn’t in bad shape — but I wanted it deeply cleaned before the baby arrives, especially since I can’t safely use harsh chemicals myself during pregnancy.

I provided a clear written list and emphasized that the first floor was the top priority. The second floor is rarely used and not a concern. I explained this again during a walkthrough. Five cleaners came — they were polite and on time, and even asked about going over. I agreed and said yes, just please finish everything properly.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst deep cleaning service I’ve ever used. I’ve hired several in the past — but this one felt like basic surface-level cleaning. The master bathroom, which had two people assigned to it, still had visible grime on the shower, faucets, and sink. The stove and kitchen sink were also left looking untouched. When I brought this up, one cleaner just rubbed the spot with a dry towel and said that’s all they could do — no effort to use sprays, scrubbing tools, or even try again. I had to clean many areas myself afterward — completely defeating the purpose of hiring help during this stage of pregnancy.

When I contacted the admin office, I was shocked by how dismissive they were. One bragged that they “clean for celebrities” — which has nothing to do with the fact that the work here was subpar. Another accused me of saying I didn’t want them to go over time, which is not true. I only asked that time be used efficiently, which is why I took the time to clearly explain and walk them through my priorities.

Their only solution was to send someone back — and even that follow-up was more excuses and zero accountability. No apology, no effort to make it right.

I hired this service based on glowing reviews, but now I wish I had trusted the few negative ones — they were accurate. For anyone expecting a baby, needing reliable help, or just wanting a real deep clean: save your money and go elsewhere. You can absolutely find better cleaning and better customer service.

Christian’s team did a phenomenal job. I went with the deep clean move out package to avoid pay my apartment’s high cleaning fee. For a very reasonable price they deep cleaned EVERYTHING. What impressed me the most was how much dog hair they were able to get rid of. In and out within 45 minutes. They left my old place looking better than it did when I first moved in. I’m in the process of hiring them to regularly clean my house. 100/10 would use again.
