Great job! I’d been using a different service for a while but they did a barely passable job. The Finest Cleaning crew has been thorough and have done a great job every time. Any minor issues were addressed and corrected right away. I love coming home to my nice clean house!

We have had two standard cleanings and an interior/exterior window cleaning. The team was thorough and efficient. I appreciated that they brought in 3-5 cleaners to get the job done quickly rather than being in my house all day. We hesitated on the price at first, but the quality and speed with which they worked was worth it to us. We are on the extreme side of particular when it comes to a cleaning service, and we recommend Finest Cleaning.

I tried this company out for the first time a few days ago and I absolutely loved it! The rates were reasonable and the staff very professional and polite! Renee and one other came promptly and started immediately with the deep clean. I was quoted for 2 hours of clean time but they stayed until my apartment was as clean as promised! The best part is that it did not cost me extra! Every frame on the wall, bookshelves, blinds, fans, and etc were all dusted and cleaned thoroughly. They guarantee their work and I plan on keeping my business with Finest Cleaning Services!

Booking my appointment was a smooth and pleasant experience. Customer service is so polite and thorough with their explanation of the services offered. I am so pleased with the crew that arrived on time. I was home with my puppy and they were so sweet! I was so impressed with their work in my home. Finest Cleaning Services is absolutely the BEST!! I scheduled a construction cleaning for right before we moved into our house after renovating our home and they did an amazing job! They were so thorough and everything was gorgeous after! Yesterday was a week after they cleaned and they dropped off a sweet housewarming gift at our front door! I am beyond happy with their services, definitely recommend and will be their repeat customer!

We had our home super deep cleaned prior to listing our house for sale. The cleaning was great! The crew was on time (early in fact), friendly, professional, courteous, efficient and THOROUGH!! I had Bella and her crew perform deep cleaning services at my house and I am beyond impressed with their work and how pleasant they were! They went above and beyond what the listing said by moving things and reorganizing areas of the home that I’ve struggled with for a long time. After my initial cleaning I am booking weekly cleanings because of the great service. Highly recommend this company for anyone interested in home cleaning services.

Due to health issues and just "LIfe issues" we had been able to keep up with our home but deep cleaning fell by the wayside. Finest Cleaning responded to my request immediately, in the communication method I had requested, provided a quote for the deep clean (and they provide a list of what comes with each service) and on going options. Due to company coming in, they got me booked that week and were up front on what to expect, cost, etc... So professional! They were prompt and thorough. The house required a bit more time than normal (I didn't realize how badly it needed it) and I have been recovering from Surgery. The owner called me and offered to send over a tech the following morning, before our guest arrived to finish and refused to let me pay more (just tipped the tech).

On time, professional, customer service is a priority and I am so Grateful we found them. The house looks absolutely amazing. Worth every penny and more. I am excited to have them on a regular basis and cannot recommend them enough! Every time we walk in, my husband and I both can't believe how amazing it looks.

Post Construction Clean was super helpful and very detailed! I had a kitchen renovation in an open concept home. The construction dust was everywhere even though we draped things. Finest Cleaning Services was the only company I found that listed Post Construction Cleaning as an offering. It requires floor to ceiling cleaning of everything. They did a great job! The fees were reasonable for the service provided. They showed up with a large team of people and were very thorough. It made an ENORMOUS difference for me. They were also great at following up with me to ensure my experience was really good. Greatly appreciate it!

I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received through Finest Cleaning! My husband and I were in the process of moving so he reached out to them 2 days before the move to see if they could come out. Not only were they prompt, they had a quick turnaround finding a team last minute to come the morning of our move out date. They were thorough, highly communicative, and made the entire process super easy!! We appreciated them so much we decided to book them for maintenance cleaning in our new home.

Top notch service! The crew arrived on the very early side of the appointment window and immediately were ready for instruction on how to perform their work. They then set off and completed everything asked of them to the letter, even doing a bit extra where it was OK to do so (not overstepping any boundaries, just boosting the work asked of them to the maximum). If you find the rate fair, don't hesitate to book with this team. Their professionalism shows in their effect on your living space.

Finest Cleaning Services went above and beyond! Renee was wonderful to work with—she kept us in the loop and helped coordinate a cleaning time for my boyfriend’s parents’ home that fit our needs. The process was very stressful. Hiring someone to come clean, asking me the dimensions of my kitchen..does anyone know the dimensions of their kitchen? Asking for photos when I literally said money is not an issue. Just let me pay so they can come clean but nooo, we had to have back and frouth email, texting, phone calls. Also deep cleaning doesn't clean underneath your fridge or dryer. Even if it's just getting a broom and swiping underneath it. Not sure what this place is doing, they go and back forth like selling you a extend car warranty. By the end of the process you feel so over stimulated. I get if you want to upsale but not even getting to the point of making it more stressful than it already has to be and your potential customer checks out and goes somewhere else that probably charges the same as you is really crazy work here.

I cannot recommend Finest Cleaning Services enough! They are consistently on time, work incredibly quickly, and still manage to get every corner spotless. I’ve tried other cleaning companies in the past, but none have come close to the level of service and attention to detail I get from them.

One of my favorite little touches is that they leave paper towel and toilet paper bows on the rolls that are out—it’s such a thoughtful and charming detail that always makes me smile.
