I had an issue with my entire sprinkler system not working, so I contacted LUX. They got back to me quickly and provided an estimate right away. We moved forward with the repair, and they also did a full inspection of the system.

Alexis came out and did the work. What impressed me the most was how friendly and professional he was—even on a day when the temperature was over 100°! He explained everything clearly and with a smile. I really appreciated the great service and attitude. Highly recommend!

Lux Sprinklers came ASAP after I called them with an emergency with a bad valve on my sprinkler system. Alexis was the technician who came and immediately assessed the issue and fixed it for me. He asked if there were any other issues that I may have noticed and was also able to replace a broken head that was spewing water. I very recently used Lux Texas Sprinkler Repair. I contacted the company via the internet and sent a message via their website. To my surprise, I was contacted immediately, which usually doesn’t happen on some websites. They reached out to me and had immediate availability to help with my job. I like the fact that their prices are listed on their website, so you don’t feel surprised by the price of the job. Alexis was my sprinkler service tech. Alexis went to work right away to inspect my system and suggested fixes to ensure that my lawn was properly watered and maintained. I needed heads raised, new heads installed, new nozzles, etc. Due to the extent of the work Alexis needed to come back the following Monday. Alexis texted and called on Monday morning to advise that he was enroute to my home. He understood exactly what we had discussed the previous week and went to work. Alexis advised me of any concerns or issues as he worked, and completed everything just as we had discussed. Alexis is a hard, thorough, knowledgeable, customer friendly person. Alexis waste no time during his work, and it was a great experience and pleasure to work with him. Alexis represented his company very well, and I saved his information, to recommend this company to others. Alexis is my sprinkler technician for future work! Very good work, and a reasonable price! I am extremely impressed with this company. I had to do multiple things with the sprinklers including raising heads, fixing a leak & adding new sprinklers to an existing zone. Alexis helped me with all the above things in very less time. Adding new sprinklers was a little involved but Alexis did that very nicely and quickly. He is a very nice and helpful person. Also, the good thing is that they have already mentioned the cost of standard sprinklers repairs on their website so there is no element of surprise. I would highly recommend this company and once again thanks to Alexis for doing such great work at a very reasonable cost.
