My parents have used them for years and they have always done an amazing job. They always go above and beyond. My parents have a pet turtle and when they moved from Frisco to Greenville they had to of course take their turtle with them. Their new house did not have a pond. They so kindly came to my parents new place and built a new pond. It looks amazing and they designed it with the turtle in mind too. My parents love their new pond and so does the turtle. Thank you so much for such a wonderful job and for coming out to Greenville.

Nick overcame some difficulties to get exactly the shrubs and stone we wanted and was on site for the entire installation, working alongside his crew. Whenever I had a question or concern he was right there to address it, so we got exactly what we wanted. Between work sessions he kept in touch by text message, so we always knew what to expect. We're very pleased with the outcome, and already planning the next project with him.

Our front yard needed a lot of attention. We had dead grass, weeds taking over the garden bed, two trees that badly needed trimming, worn-out mulch, and the green plastic edging just didn’t match the look of the house. We reached out to Stealth Landscaping, and working with Nick (the owner) was a great experience from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with, his pricing was fair, and the final result was outstanding.

Nick and his team, which included his son and one other crew member, handled everything. They trimmed the trees, cleaned up the beds, replaced the mulch, and swapped out the old plastic edging for a natural stone border that looks so much better and fits the style of the house. Their attention to detail really stood out. You can tell they care about doing the job right the first time. We won't go to another landscaper!

Really glad we switched to JC's for our weekly lawn service. Our yard always looks top-notch. We've used JC's crew for other projects as well--trimming bushes, trees, etc. Their work and customer service has been fantastic. We will definitely be working with them on all our future landscape projects.

I have worked with JC for quite some time. There always seemed to be some sort of problem from incomplete work, no clean up, blowing clippings into flower beds. I tried on many occasions to resolve. Clint would make an attempt to resolve and after a few cuts and a constant change in crews the problems returned. This week a new crew showed up with a huge riding mower designed for clearing huge lots. This mower blew clippings across my property and into beds with all new mulch the mower because of it's size could not be set to cut the grass short enough. They also completely dug up my back yard leaving deep grooves in the yard the yard was a complete disaster. I stopped them and made them remove the huge mower. After two days of trying to reach Clint to ask him to simply come see what they had done and fix it his response is enough with the inaccurate description without coming to see the yard. I now have to bring another company in to repair the mess they made. They did this work right after a major rain, yard was too wet to cut properly. Anyone that uses this company is likely to run into the same issues. You would think that the owner of a company would want to take the time to see first hand the quality of work his crews are providing.

I have used JC's Landscaping for the last four years. During this time, they have always done a perfect job in a professional fashion. Customer service seems to be a major focus for JC as providing good communication and delivering the desired results is what I have witnessed. My costs have remained consistent through the years while remaining extremely fair and competitive. If you are looking for a company that is reliable and easy to work with, JC's Landscaping is the right company for you.

I signed up for the lawn mowing service and weed control at the beginning of the 2021 summer. Everything was great at the beginning but the quality on their last visits was disappointing. We called and tried canceling the services the following day but they asked us if they could come back to fix it and we agreed.

After waiting for a week, we decided to call and e-mail to cancel all services. Every time I call their phone goes straight to voicemail and sometimes is difficult to talk to someone over the phone.

Ok company other than the lack of phone communication and scheduling for fixing low quality work. They tried making things right at the end but it was too late. I hope that this review is of some value.

I selected this business based on their reviews but services offered did not match. I was booked for services to be completed on Thursday, Dec 17th. By Saturday, Dec 19th, no one had arrived to complete services and I had not gotten a response to my email or VM requesting date for reschedule. Naturally, I cancelled my CC and started searching for a new company considering I'd given my CC info and had spent days calling repeatedly and only ever received their voicemail. At this point, they didn't seem to be very trustworthy.

After contacting numerous people for a quote, I ended up finding a company charging $100 less than JC's and they were more responsive and provided superb customer service (Green Paradise). I booked with the new company and left town for a few days. I was quite surprised to receive a call from JC's Landscaping on Wednesday, Dec 23rd saying they needed a new CC to charge and had completed the work. It was quite frustrating considering I'd tried multiple times to reach them and just assumed they were not going to show. I now am stuck with the higher rate, which I was fine paying originally based on reviews and speed with which they'd be arriving to complete services.

I missed the call requesting my credit card and I'm sure I'll have to stalk them again to speak with someone to provide them with the new number. However, maybe they'll be more consistent on their end with communication since they need something from me. I would not recommend this company. Regardless of work eventually being completed, customer service was lacking. No company should make their customer jump through hoops to get service completed.

The guys did a good job with our yard. Showed up on a consistent basis. They were very accommodating during our pool construction. Always quick to respond to my emails! Would recommend to anyone needing lawn care!!

I have been using JC's Landscaping for my lawn care and fertilizer needs for more than a year and I find them very dependable - emails/phone calls are answered promptly. They have several packages for lawn service as well as a la carte and their prices are very reasonable. JC's Landscaping did a tremendous job for us once again. We have used them for several summers for our lawn care. They are reliable and dependable. In addition, their customer service is outstanding.

I have been a JC's Landscaping customer for nearly a year and am very satisfied. His crews are alway on time and leave my lawn mowed, everything trimmed and my sidewalks and pool deck clean and ready for action. I highly recommend their 12-month contract, which includes Trugreen services. I have a large yard, and I can't believe the difference one year has made. Had a really unruly shrub that I asked to be trimmed on Thursday, and Friday it was done.
