Legacy Moving Services are wonderful to work with and super honest! During our first move they completely rescued us from horrid movers and were amazing. We had 4 huge black men show up who were super strong, extremely friendly, and hard working (you can't really ask for more than that!). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free moving experience. We are about to use them again and it is such a relief to know we don't have to worry about our service or the care of our belongings!

I can't say enough about Doug and Thomas. Although they have moved me many times they really went above and beyond when they came to load a Uhaul for me to move across Country and due to unforeseen circumstances I found myself stuck in Oklahoma with no driver but Doug came to my rescue and drove to Oklahoma with a helper and drove my truck all the way to Montana for me. The best customer service I have ever received from anyone in the State of Texas. I highly recommend Legacy Moving Services to anyone planning a local or long distance move. Bad weather and all nothing was even broken. You guys are the best

These guys are awesome! We had a safe delivered outside of our office and they were here the next day to help us move it inside! They are very efficient and nice people, and the price wasn't too bad for a next day move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a moving service!

I didn’t hire Legacy Moving Services. Why am I posting a five star review then? Because Doug at Legacy Moving Services was one of the few competent movers I spoke with in all of central Texas that would consider and assist in moving an excessively heavy gun safe. 2.5 tons.

Doug spent a significant amount researching and planning how to move a safe of this magnitude. His thoughts and planning made it clear he cares about safety, logistics, and doing right by his customers.

If he was closer to my house, I would have hired him. However, I ultimately found only one other mover in central Texas that could handle the project, and that company ended up being closer to my house.

In the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Doug for moving services.

I was very impressed with the way that Doug and his crew packed and protected the furniture. They wrapped everything with pads and taped the pads, so they would not come off. They also wrapped the more fragile items in bubble wrap and pads. The grand piano was handled very carefully and I was surprised at how easy they made it look. Doug is very friendly and helpful, and his crew is hard-working and efficient. I would recommend Legacy Movers to anyone who wants good, reliable service.

We were happy and thankful that we went with Legacy Moving Services to move our piano. We had alot of concerns in the beginning about how we were going to move a pricey upright Kawai piano from the 2nd floor, and down a narrow wooden stairway which included a nasty turn at the end. Given that I've never dealt with moving pianos before, it was comforting to know that Doug and his crew had the experience, and that they gave me the assurance that they can handle it. They were very thorough and thought it out very carefully.

Although Doug was a little hard to get a hold of at times due to his busy schedule, he still made efforts to follow-up and work with our schedule. We had some last-minute changes, yet he was still very understanding and accommodating to meet our needs.

I would highly recommend Legacy Moving Services! They're professional, friendly, and reasonable in price.

Doug was awesome! He was going to be off for the weekend and dropped everything on a Friday night to help me get my safe into my house. He also drove all the way from international airport to Wesley chapel! Thanks again!

I was in a pinch situation from a different company canceling my job and I call Legacy desperate for help. Not only were they able to fit me in, they showed up on-time, the workers were delightful and they did an excellent job! I highly recommend them for anyone needing a great company with great people for moving.

They did a wonderful job and really made it easy and stress free on us. Great communication and very accommodating. We had them do everything from plan and pack to moving into their storage units. They worked hard and got us moved out of a 6 bed 5 bath house in a few days. Very thankful I found them and will use Doug and his team for any future moves!

Legacy Moving is absolutely awesome! Doug and his team have done 3 moves for us, and we are about to do our 4th move with them. His team is professional and friendly, and everyone works so hard! Even Doug's son showed up for one of our moves to help out! His team is truly a TEAM! They work together, work with us, and get the job done with speed and extreme care. There is a sense of "family", and I think it speaks volumes that every move we get to see the same crew. We've had moves out of state where the crew was just "picked up" and hired help for the day. Having a TEAM makes a difference, and Doug's guys are amazing and happy to be there. Pricing is great, and quotes are always done professionally. Doug even stops by to check in on us before the move and offer us moving boxes. They are the best all around moving company! Stellar service, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Doug and his crew were timely and extremely professional. They came to retrieve my large gun safe that was wedged into a tight spot on the day we were moving. I wasn’t able to meet him at our new home and gave him access. They sent me a picture of where they placed the safe as instructed and I will definitely be using Legacy Moving Services in the future.

Doug and his team are more than excellent. I hate moving but they really made this experience enjoyable! They moved me from Plano, TX to Atlanta, GA. I couldn't have asked for better service! Doug communicates well and his team is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable and HARD-WORKING.

I have already told them when I move again they will be the only company considered! They were fast and efficient and always communicated with me. They took extra care of my items and were extremely accomodating! They go over and beyond which is something you don't always find!

Movers were amiable, fast, careful in moving my things from one studio apartment to another. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience with Legacy Moving Services. If there was one thing I think could improve, it would have been great if I received an invoice (through text or however) after I made my deposit and how much I had left to pay after the move. I'm sure if I asked, the response would have been lightning fast 😁

GO WITH THESE GUYS! I had a wonderful experience with this company. They worked diligently to pack and load my entire household and move it over 1,400 miles while I went on ahead. Everything arrived intact and Doug and Thomas were so pleasant to work with during the load out at my new home. Furniture was well wrapped and arrived undamaged. Boxes they packed were delivered to the right rooms.

A steep front yard and unexpected stairs were handled in stride, no problem whatsoever.

Before deciding on Legacy Moving I was considering using a container/pod system because I thought it would be cheaper, but the price I got from Legacy was totally comparable. And having one point of contact made things so much simpler for me than dealing with packers/movers on the front end and then having to arrange for movers again at my destination to unload.

I really appreciated that Doug was in communication with me throughout the process, very friendly and proud of the work he does. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Legacy Moving is a great operation. We bought a piano and they helped us get it to our home without stress or a scratch. Doug, the owner, was great. He was flexible with our schedule and is very professional. He team was experienced, gentle and professional. They are a good company and they care. Excellent experience with Doug and legacy moving. Originally was in storage for an instate move and ended up having to change plans. Doug was very accommodating and adjusted my plan to help me move out of state. Incredible service and always felt good about my items being away from them for about 3.5 months

I’ve used Legacy three times now to move our piano from place to place. The process is incredibly simple! They are always on time and come prepared. All items are handled with incredible care and the service is very professional. This most recent time, they also moved the rest of our belongings. They were incredible! We had to make three stops before the final destination but still got everything moved in on time with zero issues! Thank you Legacy!!!
